The game actually teaches you the technical input in her skill tutorial (the mission training one) so you could practice it there till you can recognize the animations.
I actually learned how to do it properly by going to training mode, and Djeeta will count out the hits and you'll have to follow her rhythm. Took a while but I got it, so I won't have to smash buttons.
its not the gauntlets that screwed people up tho as it doesnt hit twice. it was the first M which is a double sword strike, which made people think the staff hit after was the first H hit, but its actually the second M hit
My only previous experience with a Deadly Rave style move was Order Sol's which I could never successfully perform. Djeeta's on the other hand is much, MUCH easier to do in comparison because of the leeway with mashing. Instead of timing precise button presses you mash to the rhythm instead which have worked really for me
it's only causing trouble for people because they are trying to mash each move multiple times in the sequence without keeping track of what moves they are using. It's just like any regular combo, each follow up button is tied to a specific attack animation with PLENTY of buffer -- i think most ppl are getting confused solely on the fact that some of those follow-up moves are 2 distinct animations, and possibly on when they can execute the very first follow-up.
To be completely honest, mash each sequence. Dont time shit, just mash them all. It honestly works incredibly well. (By mash them i mean visually confirm that its registered, then mash the next part. Id also recommend mashing H, H during M, Ms animation).
I'd like to just get it once to clear all Skill Practice. So many moves and getting the timing of each. Can do long combos w/months of practice, but never got Geese's, Yu's, and now Djeeta's button nightmare supers. Good vid, though. Edit: just got it after 20 tries or so, and hitting Hx3 before LMH. Never again. Thanks.
I must be the only one who doesnt mash.... really i know whats screwing people up on their timing. the first M hit is a 2 hit animation. the gauntlets is the first H
Oooooh now I see what's tricking people, the deadly rave doesn't actually start until the second hit. The first happens when you make the technical input, so 236236H(1 spear) L(2 bow)L(3 ax)M(4 dagger)M(5 staff)H(6 dagger)H(7 sword)L(8 katana)M(9 harp)H(10 gun).
How long does it take to practice new moves, and for you to have mastery or atleast be able to put them into use online(where things are more intense)?
@@minakohiashi8882 Then you have never played against a decent lance. Djeeta's rekka has nothing compared to him. She has safe pressure but all of it leaves her minus on block, and her rekkas are much easier to react to. She gets nothing out of a hit outside of corner ex and her mixup game is nowhere near as strong as lance's. The way you deal with it? Just block and take your turn after. None of her finishers leave her plus on block.
@@walter822 The problem is that if I attack during first two swings the third swing might hit me or if I block and wait it out and she only does 2 she can get away. Spot Dodge doesn't help me and I sure as hell don't trust the Dodge roll
@@minakohiashi8882 You have to react or guess, the last hit is punishable on block so it's a gamble for djeeta to finish the string. It's all a mindgame, it's a fighting game after all. But logically speaking, the djeeta player is the one taking the bigger risk here if you block this move.
Players who spend a lot in gacha games are called whales. Basically separating the small fish from the whales, indicating where the money and investment should be. Djeeta in Granblue media is commonly shown as an extremely overpowered character, in the endgame, and in Fantasy Versus, her super uses the 10 Eternals, the hardest items to obtain in Granblue gacha, requiring months of grinding
@@thealexis6647 Honestly i don't play the gacha and am just relaying information given to me so i can't tell you for sure. What people say though is that as far as obtaining the eternals go, being a whale doesn't really matter as much as you'd think, putting more money can get you more chances at spinning the roulette for new characters, but it doesn't make you suddenly able to skip the necessary steps to obtain an eternal. The process also gets faster once you get your first one. Ah, yes, mashing... very technical. Who would have guessed that a 112244124qcb3 was actually just a 11111111222222224444444444444444112233qcb3. What kind of noob would just use simple inputs with this knowledge? Not me. I am a technical God with the execution of a top Japanese player.

first video thats actually helped me with this, thanks
I followed you for the simp koefficient stuff but holy shit i understand djeeta technical way better now
Koe:" My secret to land deadly rave.... Mash!"
Really helpful tip on that specific part of the sword. Thanks Koe! 👍

DEADRY RAIV

wait, you mash it? i just time it. it's more simple than people are making it seem.
Yeah people acting like this is haohmaru's rave in SC 6 lmao.
Oreshiki (My) Deadly Rave
Question : what does more, technical input dr, or super skart?
Funny enough this is the advice I gave myself and I got it down. Thought there was an even better way. Guess not

Wait, you can do it a simple way? First time I hear that. :O
Wait u mash it out?! I don’t accept 😭
I was actually doing it too fast sometimes before the 2nd H came out.
Thanks for this reference timing!
So it her skybound art or just a super move have not bought her or the other character yet Manley because I suck at gbf verses
This one is the sky bound Arts, her super sky bound arts is where she does uppercut then summon Bahamut
@@gana5420 ah ok thanks
So it dance rhythm style like narukami Thunder God Dance from Ultimax and button sensitive like Order Sol Sekkai Install
It originally came from Geese Howard tho
thanks bro lol
only 200 more damage than easy input DR? not worth the work imo
Theres actually 3 different ways to do the deadly rave, not that the game tells you that.
For me it's doing the technical input to START any specials that is hard..that down-right..down-right. never able to pull it off online Q_Q..
Enpatsu393 it’s just doing two Fireball (Hadouken) motions. If you don’t know what that means, it’s just rolling it from down to front.
Yo this isn't soriz. I cant soiya to this.
Oh cool
How do I deal with Rekha spamming? because that seems to be the problem. What the fuckery? No one eles has this easily spamabie move
