This a good drill, And I love the slow mo add ins because it helps people learn more directly if they struggle to keep up with the regular speed of things. Well taught master Wong this was straight to the point and this drill can be mixed and matched and learned in a effective way when taken seriously🙇🏽‍♂ You are so right about parries should be utilized in a way that damages the opponent to break them down slowly leaving them more vulnerable setting them up hurting certain areas to weaken them before the defender goes on offense to deescalate the situation. Staying calm and focused is key too most people start rage fighting or panic fighting and this why over 70% of people worldwide struggle with defending themself.🧘🏽

For somebody who wouldn't dare hurt a fly. Who is like they say ''A lover not a fighter'' How can you drill into their minds that in that moment when a life and death situation arises they need to stop believing everybody is nice and loving. And that maybe the punk next to him, who is up to no good needs to learn a lesson in good matters. In easy terms. How can I train my mental side to not think twice about defending myself when the situation calls for action.
