Here are the Direct links to the complement ink that I think looks best with this: Birmingham Pen Co Emerald View Park Oxidized Brass th-cam.com/video/YeDWWKj0gHI/w-d-xo.html

My notebook which was written in de atramentis dark blue went swimming in the bathtub once, not a single line went bad, it`s really cool ink for people looking for something waterproof. I really like the color tho, their black-blue was too dark for me.
Looks similar to Parker blue-black, but with permanence. (Have fun finding Parker Quink blue-black in the United States, though!) In my opinion, both are more of a navy blue than a blue-black, though I may be skewed by my use of Diamine Registrar's Ink, which was blue-black before inks were called blue-black. 😁
@@AnInkGuy Looks like the Solv-X era. Parker tends to be kind of washed out looking, IMO. Though the blue-black ink is pretty much a navy blue, in my eyes, at least.

Thank you, brother, for the daily videos. I've been binge watching your playlists at night. Hella better than Netflix.
Glad you enjoy it!

Their Doc inks have some amazing levels of resistance.... truly permanent!
Thanks!
You are So Welcome! I do appreciate it.
"this blue is not dark enough" ... here I am frequently mistaking it for black ink.
Ya, sometimes a blue-black is just to dark.

I may give a try to getting ahold of some Parker Quick Blue-Black just to experience it myself... we will see.

@@paulherman5822 thanks for the heads up.
this looks exactly like colorverse office series blue/black
I need to get around to some of the newer Colorverse inks.
The permeance is the only reason i would get this ink. Else there is nothing special or great about this ink..
But it is the permanence that makes this ink. So those that need permanence may need a bottle of the document inks.
@@AnInkGuy exactly..!!
