I recently created a new TH-cam channel called TravelDash! It focuses on the natural beauty and national parks of the United States. My passion as a roller coaster enthusiast is what got me into travel, and over time i’ve started to gain appreciation for the states and countries that these theme parks are located in. This has developed into an interest for nature, which is now just as much of a priority for me as visiting theme parks. Subscribe if you’d like to join me on my travels :)

[Check Description]
This might be a bold and unpopular statement but I think Shivering Timbers is #1.
Ehh idk, Woodstock Express is underrated. It has like 23 airtime moments.
You forgot about the 60 inversion gci twister Woodstock express
no wa
I recently just went here over the summer and I actually loved the park. Shivering Timbers is obviously #1 but thunderhawk was my first SLC and I actually absolutely loved it. I didn’t think it was really rough and enjoyed the intense ride. I even got a 10 ride marathon on it. Shivering Timbers carried the park but I walked away with the unpopular opinion that SLCs are great rides.
I don’t think they are great but definitely NOT BAD! Still fun only slc I’ve every ridden also. I don’t think it hurts or is that shaky Glad you enjoyed my home park.
What's more impressive about Shivering Timbers than its 122' height for its length is its DROP which is only 107'. Now THAT is amazing. I was prepared for what you said at the end and I'd agree; hard as that is to say about Kings Island.
Great video - thank you! Cedar Point is our home park, but we go to MI Adventure often for day trips because we are closer to it. Timbers is the main draw, but we enjoy the other coasters to fill in the time. I always consider Timbers to be a very underrated coaster! We love it!
Good to hear! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Was just there for the first time 3 weeks ago! 1. Shivering Timbers 2. Wolverine Wildcat 3. Thunderhawk (even with its horrendous restraints) 4. Zach's Zoomer 5. Corkscrew 6. Mad Mouse 7. Woodstock Express
Great video! Shivering Timbers does look really good!
My home park! Thx for making this :)
I live an hour away from MA BTW. Though I still prefer CP 10x better due to its strong coaster lineup & atmosphere as well as being my favorite park. :-)
Makes perfect sense!
Dang Thunderhawk is my favorite ride there lol. I dont think its bad at all way smoother than Shivering Timbers thats for sure. I guess thats why opinions are subjective. My list would be 1. Thunderhawk 2. Wolverine Wildcat 3. Shivering Timbers 4. Mad Mouse 5. Zachs Zoomer 6. Corkscrew 7. Woodstock Express
I love this list, it is spot on. I love the sustained airtime hills of Shivering Timbers. It reminds me of when I was 9 and 10 riding my bike up and down these dirt hills in the woods after school. It's a fun ride and the thing is a beauty to look at, kinda reminds me of the Wrigley Building in Chicago (not the Stadium) with its wideness and mass.
I really wish they could add a new ride for adults to keep the park lineup fresh man, and it doesn't even need to be a coaster, maybe a retro flat, like anything.
At this point, if they announce they are getting one of them Crystal Lil's Fun Mirror Houses from the carnival, I'd honestly be pleased hahahaha, maybe even a Gravitron or a Round Up, like anything,
Great Vid man and I will say this, I think Cedar Fair did awesome on the coaster maintenance, the paint is very sharp. Have a good one.
Primordial at Lagoon just opened 💀
Finally the best amusement park in the USA ranked! Happy to call it my home park…
Cedar point is #2
But all jokes aside shivering Timbers is amazing in the front. And I love having 3 fun wooden roller coasters. That are all great imo. Growing up with this as my home park. wooden rollercoasters really grew on me. And I always look forward to knew ones. Sadly cedar point doesn’t offer much besides blue streak.
Now imagine if Cedar Fair didn’t cancel that Morgan hyper that was supposed to be built in 2002. Damn shame, that would’ve been a solid one-two punch.
A Zamperla Double Heart would be so perfect here
That would be a cool addition!
Just went a few weeks ago, my ranking is this:
1. Shivering Timbers
2. Wolverine Wildcat
3. Mad Mouse
4. Corkscrew
5. Thunderhawk
6. Woodstock Express
7. Zach’s Zoomer
Great list!
Epik content
I rode Thunderhawk opening year when it was Serial Thriller at Geauga Lake. The only inverted coaster I ever rode before that was Raptor and let's just say I wasn't impressed with the SLC lol.
It’s no surprise that shivering Timbers is their best ride there as it is the largest
When a wild mouse is the 3rd best coaster at a park-
I rode thunderhawk it wasn't rough at all. Also the back row on shivering timbers is so much fun
Finally A Number One I Agree With Is it odd to say this is my 3rd favorite woodie?
It’s my 4th favorite wooden roller coasters out of 780 total credits. Not odd at all 😆
Thunderhawk is not only an slc but a relocated slc so of course it wont be good.

The main reason Michigan’s Adventure gets no attention is because it’s right between Cedar Point and Canada’s Wonderland. As a person who lives in Michigan, I’d much rather visit those two parks rather than Michigan’s Adventure.
Have you looked at a Michigan map? It's NOT right in between Cedar Point and Canada's Wonderland. Cedar Point is in Ohio. Michigan's Adventure is right next to Lake Michigan, which is west of both Canada and Ohio...
@@TommonSensePro I live in Michigan. The most populated area is around where I live, and Canada’s wonderland is about 3.5 hours away. Cedar point is about 2.5 hours away. Michigan’s Adventure is located in the west and most people that live in Michigan live near detroit and that means Michigan’s Adventure is about 3.5 hours away.
@@First-Drop-Studios I don't think you know what "between" means when it comes to geography. If MiA is truly between Cedar Point and Canada's Wonderland, then you could go to MiA on the way from Cedar Point to CWL. But no, you can't unless you go, like you said 3.5 hours out of the way. The population has nothing to do with what is between what.
The main reason Michigan's Adventure gets no attention is because Cedar Fair doesn't want it drawing people away from Cedar Point.
Michigans Adventure rankings really should be from best to worst since it’s way too obvious that Shivering Timber is the best
Yo
Michigan's adventure is a HARD pass for me. I live in los angeles so i would have to fly out just for this and get a hotel for a few nights.. not worth it!
But thanks for the review!
Yeah I feel the same. Only way it'd be worth it is if it was a part of a larger trip, no way I would go out of my way for it though.
1SsssSstTTT!!!!!!!!!
Orion is SEVERELY overrated
My fiancee was at the park the day the chaos broke down he was gonna go on it with his friends but he rode the tilt a whirl first and was like "hey did the chaos just break down?" He saw it. Not sure if the person died or not
