    That is an interesting process and one really time saving machine you assembled, after all time is money.

      That does seem to be the case! We are processing soon and I'll show everyone the set up. I won't show the processing itself but how i set it up to be as efficient as possible. Thanks for watching! Kevin

      Mr. Babcock, I've used both my scalders and they work well. I updated the burner on my old one and it's very similar to the one in this video. I bought this one new last year and love it. The roto dunker is good but you can't over load it. It will shear off the pin. It's designed for 2 birds that average 4-5 lbs each. If you put large birds in there, it will definitely shear the pin on the motor. If you live near us, we are in Monterey, Virginia, you're welcome to come out and try it.
