How do you like to season them? I'm growing beets for the first time this year. I figured I'd try eating some of all the edible leaves this year while I'm at it. Open to suggestions.

Great way you arranged the containers, also you showed a lot of dexterity in transplanting the seedlings. Perhaps you should add mulch like rice husks ( a guy in a video uses rice husks to add coverage to the soil) to reduce the formation of the moss on the soil. Good video! Thanks for sharing

Maybe try and grow them indoors? On a Window ledge? So even in summer you can’t grow them? Is it always freezing where you live?

How do you regrow them?? Do you have to buy more or replant them?
Let one go to seed and then use the seeds the following year. You can do that for ever. Never need to buy seeds more than once if you let one or 2 go to seed or more depending on how much seed you want 😅

Soil work with plastic so automatically soil will be polluted so product also pollute.
