I just had a man who told me he appreciated how I present myself. He complimented me on my my nails, hair, and clothing. Saying he appreciated me looking well and putting in effort to look well for him specifically. And it occurred to me that men actuality look at all these things. And mind you, I always try to present well when im out and about and especially my job forces me to look professional and well groomed. I just thought most women carry themselves this way as well. But apparently not, and i wasnt even trying to really look my very best yet. But it felt good to have a man complementing me in a very respectful manner without sexualizing me in any way. And i was fully dressed in a respectful outfit i felt good in. But it just made me mindful that men can actually be nuanced in the things that they notice in a woman. And im currently striving to be in my feminine energy, and i can say, men pick up on that energy, and the right kind of man, actually appreciates that without realizing it initially. And ive been masculine for a very long time because i had to be, due to difficulties in my childhood. Stefan, you are a gem among men, and i hope that both men and women take your advice because there's truth in everything you share with the world. Keep on doing the Lord's work. ❤

Stephan this is a great video. Smiling definitely helps and growing up and into my adult years I would always have breakouts but I learned that eliminating citrus fruits, milk, eggs and SUGAR helped tremendously also learned that we have to know and listen to our bodies and focus more on the inside than outside, everything starts from the inside. Also the eyes are the windows to the soul and my hair is my crown. ❤

I don't know if you had problems with your skin, Stephan. But from my own experience, the whole issue is not as simple as you present it. There is certainly a connection between the psyche and diseases, but sometimes I feel that there is something behind it that we cannot influence (for an extreme case - children who die of incurable diseases did not cause it themselves either...). I don't want to completely compare it with acne, etc., but my point is that even though I work on my psyche, meditate, do sports, eat healthy, I've followed different diets, I've been to the dermatologist, but my skin never looks nice and healthy. The advice mentioned above is definitely beneficial, but sometimes it doesn't solve the problem completely. I think your comment may have hurt many women. It affected me a lot, lowered my self-esteem even more.

Please don’t take his opinions personally! I hear again and again that men like smiles, and it used to bum me out because I smiling is physically and mentally uncomfortable for me. I hate my lips and teeth. Smiling is just awkward, always. YET… knowing that it matters is helpful. The right man will like my smile, and the right man will find your skin perfect!

I came here to say the very same thing. I’ve been single MY WHOLE life knowing full well, it’s because my acne and acne scars that have turned men off. I have everything else in spades: personality, a great spirit, kind heart, loving and intelligent with a fantastic sense of humor. I work out and take care of my body but I’ll be dammed if that’s not enough. Now I’m expected to have “nice skin”. Men do judge a book by its cover and let’s not pretend that that’s that’s the truth. If I had a million dollars, I’d get my scars removed ☹️

Smiling does genuinely help imo. I sometimes smile at strangers in public for kindness. And for the body part, some men PREFER a women with bigger chest and bigger booty.
This morning while I was waiting for the checkout at a grocery store, this guy who was in his late 30s- early 40s, he genuinely smiled at me, I smiled back and he said “hi how are doing”, he asked how my day was and we had an odd quick talk, yes he was married but he was a complete stranger to me.

In terms of healthy eating. I say go with what feels good while and after you’ve eaten it.
Does it deplete your energy level or raise it? Are your eyes clear? Etc. I live in northern Europe and have a Jamaican dad. The Jamaican foods: loads of different fresh fruits and cooked veggies are great for me. But I don’t have that experience in Europe and I think it’s a combination of lack of fresh organic foods and a small selection of them but I also suspect genetics play a part. According to my blood type I’m supposed to eat lots of protein from animals and seafish and that’s not right for my body, only a little bit sometimes.

😂 The subject of hair appeared to be a challenge for you to talk about. 😂😂 In regards to femininity, I think masculine energy from a woman may be an unconscious defense mechanism. For me I was afraid of being hurt again. When I stopped thinking about that, my feminine energy became more dominant, therefore, I am approachable now.

Thank you so much for this. I always tell me friends to smile and be positive. It is contagious and men like for their women to be happy. When they see you happy the want to keep you that way. I am an Esthetician (skin care expert) and the part about the skin is so true. If you have skin problems and you do not work on the inside it is impossible to have healthy, vibrant skin. They think I can work miracles but it takes more effort on their part, working on their attitude, stress and using skin care consistently!!

This one I feel personally is so unfair. For some people their skin is not great but are very healthy. I've spent $1000s on skin care products and nothing works, whereas I know my own family members who don't wash their face every day, eat junk food and have clear skin. It shouldn't be a defining feature but sadly it is and not always reflective of the real character of a person.
