Mount Pleasant Michigan Summer Adventure | Chippewa River Michigan

We are in Mount Pleasant Michigan to revisit some of the fun places we have been to in spring to see them in a different season while also exploring new places. We start with a paddle and a hike at Deerfield Nature Park and Chippewa River before heading downtown Mount Pleasant for food and a paddle around Island Park. We finish with a game of disc golf back at Deerfield Nature Park at one of their two amazing courses.
During this visit we have food at Dog Central and Mountain Town Brewing along with a coffee from ponder Coffee Company.

Nice covered bridge photos! We agree about loving all four of Michigan's seasons and experiencing different things during each one. Looks like a fun disc golfing course, too. Thanks for highlighting some beautiful areas in Mount Pleasant.

Next time you are in Mount Pleasant check out Bundy Hill Preserve! Great hike with a lot of elevation change and highest point in Isabella county. A surprising Northern Michigan feel in Mid Michigan!

I have never been to Mt Pleasant and you guys made it seem well worth a visit! It's probably only 2 hours from me, so I should make it happen! Especially Dog Central!! Have you ever had Fatty C's dog house in Big Rapids?
