HEY MINCHAN ! FIRST OF ALL GREAT VIDEO ,LEARNT SOMETHING NEW TODAY . I HAVE A QUESTION. LIKE YOUR CHEST , MY WEAK MUSCLE IS MY ARMS . I AM DOING A UPPER LOWER SPLIT IN WHICH I DO ONE EXERCISE FOR BICEP AND TRICEP FOR TWO SETS AND I ALSO HIT MY ARMS ON A SPECEFIC DAY ALSO, TWO EXERCISES FOR BOTH BICEP AND TRICEP FOR TWO SETS EACH. I WANNA KNOW IF YOU SUGGEST ME IF I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG OR ANY SUGGESTION.

So if you are doing upper body 2 days lower body 2 days and a dedicated arm day which will come to 5 days per week it's perfect you will gain muscle and make good progress . Make sure you are tracking your weights and repetition each exercise and each set and try to break the record next session
