It’s like a child being temped with shinny bells to play with rather than focusing upon reality. @billykranston when Jesus talked about the glorified body ,he was talking about the light body. Some Christian mystics have said that through purification we can become like Angels even while alive so that the physical body is transformed into pure light.

The “body” cannot transform into a body of light, you have things completely backwards and upside down. Your so-called body or soul is already a body of light that has transformed into a physical body, which has been written into the Bible as “fallen” from the Garden of Eden. Darkness cannot be transformed into light anymore than a physical body can be transformed into light. There is only “light”, darkness is only the absence of light. Our physical reality is an illusion, an imagination that has its origins stemming from the Light of God, and we are participating with God in this illusion by utilizing our existential freewill. It is our own freewill and choice to “fall” from Light and to become a physical being in this illusory realm, but it becomes quite the challenge to extricate ourselves out of it and back to a so-called body of light… which in itself is just another stopping point in our journey. What lies beyond isn’t elucidated very well in any existing writings, and in fact requires a direct link to God of Christ for clarification. Your so-called matter is an illusion, like the glorified body, Jesus was an illusion too, but Christ is real. Science is nothing more than misguided rules that are applied to a pretend reality, but as long as you remain mystified with the pretend reality, why not compound the illusion with more of the same-if I am following your reasoning.
