I bake chicken over top of rice. i add a little water to the bottom of the pan for the rice to cook and cover the pan with foil until the end when I brown it. Onion and celery is already added to the rice. I use a good amount of poultry seasoning bc it’s so tasty!

Thanks for the response. Can l chip in this, there are certain portions of shooting should be visible so that viewers will learn all aspects of cooking, ie the hygiene part of cooking. Just like sending the trash away and washing your hands away off the camera.
