    Of course.. hearing about the problem you had has me on edge now. Gad no clue about it. Mine came with the sensor cable, and I've already had 2 XLX2s fail in me, one of which took my batteries out. I really can't have another ESC failing on me and killing batteries.
    I wish hobbywing would make it more obvious. What did they ACTUALLY change from the original release and the "updated" one without the sensor adaptor.

      Believe me...I know how u feel....but when we're putting that much voltage into something....stuff will fail...there is no esc that is failure proof....only some that hold up better than others.

      @@elvertmack5039 I understand no ESC is flawless, but man an ESC failing under what would be considered a minimal load for an ESC is a joke. That's how the XLX2 was for me. Hobbywing has always seemed to be fairly reliable, but every product has a failure rate. The XLX2 just had a 66.7% failure* rate for me, which is abysmal. Hoping the Max 4 will fair better, the application I'll be using it in will barely be pushing it.

    Is this esc as reliable as the mamba xlx2?

      Better but bigger as well.

    Do you think its safe for the 1100kv on 10 under high load?

    • @elvertmack5039
      @elvertmack5039  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No....800kv and lower is the only motor I would think about running...esc was built to handle 560kv...so 800 is on the edge
