My kind of nursery, a proper plantsman site, too many garden centres these days have lost their focus on plants and seem to be more into selling candles and giftware etc, it’s fine to do that but most of them have a limited choice of plants - we much prefer nurseries like this one. I subscribed to his channel too. Thank you x
After retiring from garden centre industry for 40 years as a plantsman .love this reminds me how I started .garden centres today have not got the expertise like a nurseries unfortunately they are few and far between don’t change
Hi Rosie we live in Scottish Borders and visit this nursery periodically mainly because they sell the peat free sylvagrow compost we use. We always find a few gems of plants we take home with you. Nice to see you promoting them. I am thinking of getting some more epimedium so I feel another visit must be planned soon.
Love this nursery. We went last year for the first time whilst holidaying in the lakes and will definitely be going again this year when we’re up there again in June.
Editors note: I didn't know about this til after the video was complete and uploaded but they have a drone tour here: th-cam.com/video/v0cUdx9aBYQ/w-d-xo.html
Have you tried Xera plants in Portland. Paul has some great unusual plants there. Let me know if that helps you and say I’ve recommended them also please.

Loved the tour. Would have liked to see more of his garden perhaps a drone shot? Thanks for sharing
