Good Training by the AZ Sheriff's Dept- 1. If there is a no gun policy- Facility Should have an Armed Security, Volunteer Armed Veteran, or a LEO stationed in the facility, aka others who are armed in the facility as far as staff members who aren't armed security if the armed presence needs additional backup before Law Enforcement is dispatched, this has been a long and hard thought on my part and is just my opinion. An armed gunman is a scary thought to people who haven't been trained or are being threatened by an active shooter. Bean Bag rounds and other types of ammo can be used by staff in assigned rifles if they are against using lethal force. 2. Deciding if your business means to employ protective services to make sure their staff isn't gunned down by an active shooter, you should determine the location of your business and decide whether crime rates are up in that area! 3. Recommendations, a friend at work once told me about guns, an x army special forces co worker, he said at what price are you going to put on the lifes of you and your family! Well that just goes to show you! Especially at a place of work! How high of importance does the company put on their staff members up to and including them living through and active shooter situation or up to and including losing their lives because they forgot to place an armed presence their.
