Guys i crafted some kit theory on dehya , as we know genshin impact is future impact. I don't think dehya kit looks bad after knowing Fontaine HP drain mechanics. And take some points into consideration. 1)her coordination attacks has 2.5 sec same as normal ICD time. 2) her burst is 4 sec on 20 sec cool down. My guess is there will be a character most probably focalors make her characters loose HP in her burst and increase damage on max HP . while her skill marks the enemies like nahida and make characters attacking restore health based on their MAX HP. With dehya may mitigate while active characters take damage and heals them and herself in her burst. So need low field time for entire team like yaoyao but doing dps. I don't think they made her bad but she will be good may not be broken as she's standard with low intentional scaling. Also focalors domian has good application. May vap dehya E attacks every time as 2.5 sec ICD.

dehya seems like a really fun character to play. i wish i could get her the next time i lose a 50/50
