Ukrainian girl cooks Ukrainian Green Borscht in the village, yard work, countryside aesthetics

- In the spring, we have a lot of work in the village. It is necessary to mow the grass and remove excess branches. I love such things, because physical work in the village distracts from problems and reminds me of the simple joys of life. After a hard day's work, I prepared green borscht. This is a traditional Ukrainian dish, the main ingredient of which is sorrel. This plant grows in the field and in everyone's garden. So, Ukrainians often cook green borscht in the spring. This is a really tasty dish that has a delicate and rich sour taste.
Recipe:
- pork bones with meat or ribs
- potatoes
- onion
- garlic
- sorrel
- salt pepper
- green onion
- dill
Serve with sour cream, black bread and lard

Greetings from Minnesota in the USA. Love your videos! Exactly the type of setting I love to be at. Your food looks delicious. I will share an idea with you that I viewed on a camping video. When splitting the smaller pieces of wood, place the axe where you want it to split and then use another piece of wood (one that will fit your hand of coarse) and hit the back of the axe head, driving into the wood. It worked great when I tried it and you have more control over what size pieces you end up with. Thanks for your great videos! I see such a beautiful woman with a peaceful soul! A lifetime with you would be a blessing!
