In Molecular probe, You said that you have isolated the dna or rna of the the antigen. But why? We are trying to detect the mutation in a individual's dna. More you said that there is mutation in gene of antigen. Can't understand. If you've have already isolated the dna or rna of antigen then what are you trying to detect?
Beautifully Explained with Crystal Concept Clearance ...

Molecular prob can be used to detect presence of antigen and it can also be useful for mutation if any.. 2 different uses
😊
M also thinking the same.. Confused😵
Antigen is a protein only, it has no DNA or RNA
Antigen has no sequences as it is a protein it is made up of amono acids, only the DNA / RNA of the pathogen will have such sequences
