I beleive the rule you're refering to is for Armoured conductors, like BX. the reason you cant do this for armounred cable is because the armour jacket is likely to break, exposing the conductors inside.
At least for individual conductors, under 1000 volts I’m pretty sure there is no bending radius. That is different from cables, which the standard 5x diameter applies
Good idea except that the wire gripper doesn’t roll. The grippers are knurled and they tear up the wire insulation. The grippers need to be smooth and roll. I’ve used it and it sucks.
Love this product, it has helped me bend thick wires into tight panels. Recommended
godam i needed this yesterday, my hands still hurt, I'm getting old LOL
Isn't there code that says conductors shall not be bent tighter than 5x the radius or diameter or something along those lines?

@@Djdjwkqn its for non armoured cables as well

You correctly

Just look the blue phase

So is the cable taped up to protect it while bending or is that just how that cable looks?
That is a thin outer jacket that tends to crack and/or get peeled when bending the cable and feeding it through. No biggy really

In a high-voltage wire Bender in a high-voltage power panel with 1000 MCM
@1:38 Ahhh keep those fingies away!!
Isko kaisa purchase kar sakta ha
Those wires have been to hell and back SMH!
Why does the wire look like shit?
Because the wire bender beat the shit out of it.
