Between the 6x10 PJ and the 6x10 Sure-Trac, who makes a better trailer?
I liked the wrap tongue and pivot jack on the PJ, but the rails had sharp edges and rust on the brand new trailer, and the welded tubes for the gate latches seem like a weak point. Sure-Trac's top rail is nicer, but they don't extend the tongue back to the axle.

@@rooster_saucer I bought the Sure-Trac and have been happy with it. The PJ is built a bit heavier, but the Sure-Tracs had better fit & finish. The gate springs are actually balanced. Sure-Trac has a better gate latch system.
I did go through four Sure-Tracs before I found one without QC problems. Fenders were way off position on one, another had bad welds at the coupler, etc. I settled on one that had missing welds in a non-critical area.
*Takeaway:* EVERY trailer in this class will have some QC issue, regardless of brand.
My only regret is not getting a 5k axle. It's too easy to max out a 3k trailer.

@@confidentlocal8600 only trailer i’ve found this size with a 5k axle is the Lamar, reached out to them for a quote but haven’t heard back.. the info on their site is kind of confusing tho. says the 3.5k trailer is 10lbs heavier than the exact same trailer with a 5k axle.. seems weird to me.

@@rooster_saucer I'd take the 10lb difference with a grain of salt. BTW, Sure-Trac will make one custom with a 5k axle. My local dealer said at the time (last spring) that the lead times were horrendous, so I picked from what they had on the lot. Dealers only stock the common configurations. You can't put a cubic yard of gravel on a 3k trailer without being well over the max. When mine is loaded anywhere near max I find myself wishing it had brakes.
Anything larger than 6x10 with a 3k axle is stupid, IMO, because it just eats into the already limited payload.

Rick, I have JD2032R, with loader and finish mower, I like to get 1 of the tadem 83" x 18 ft with ATV side ramp, HD gate option, the JD per the spec the machine weight around 2500 lbs, what is the cost and delivery, I will have to drive about 8 hrs to get to your place, by the way the towing vehile will be F150

please look at the gvwr ratings tag of your f150. I believe that truck will not do what you want safely.
