- Finally, it is finished! I've worked SO hard on this video! Now I can finally get a break... 😴
With my own take on the style of kitty0706 and the inspiration of Dr. Lalve's guide videos combined, I give you this! This video is also a reflection of how I animate in GMod. Any resources used in this video belong to the rightful owners, I made this just for fun. Hope you enjoyed this!

I LOVE THIS!!!!!! humorous and educational! I really enjoyed this animation from the beginning till the end, it sure was a fun ride. I use SFM for animating but I can still apply all the stuff from the video to my animation not to mention the way how I animate is heavily inspire from gmod, both funny and serious animations.
At the end of the video, I would chose the path to make videos for fun because I find animating characters that I really like to be a comforting experience but animating is very hard and a frustrating process. I fell into a trap that ended me solely on practicing and improving my animation without having fun making stuff for a long time until recently I decided to let go and just animate for fun without worrying about flaws and whatnot, it was the best decision I've made.
Animating is tough but it's rewarding, it's like when you finished an animation all you could think is "I finished this, I did this, I did it" I'm still learning but I'm also having fun while animating stuff. Sorry If I went off the rails there but I gotta let it out!! thank you for making this video.

where did you get the text square thingy at 8:51? for some reason I can't find it in gmod yet i see it in slot of videos
There's an addon called "Wire Mod." I don't use alot of its features cuz I'm not expert on it. But when I use it, I normally choose the text options.
Once you subscribe to it and choose its text, you can choose any display and customize the texts however you want!

As of April 2024, SMH Has include feature Where you can Smooth Out animation Without taking lots of screenshots!

where do you get the music sfx and voicelines from?
There are many ways to get Sfx, music and others. Websites can have sfx for you to download, like the TF2 wiki of the mercenaries voicelines, or you can copy and paste a youtube URL and convert that link into an mp3 audio

it crashes when i use playback, think it may be lag, yet I can take a lot of lag and yet the most simplest animations crap it out

How did you make the ragdolls hold something during the use of SMH or in animation overall?

I think from what I could recall, I also used the SMH tool for that can to animate (of course you need to use the No Collide tool for the prop and ragdoll first), and then used the weld tool to attach to the hand and then made Scout throw it away.
But for some reason, when using the weld tool, setting the force limit to at LEAST "1" the weld will break easily when trying to throw something out of someone's hand, and that can be the annoying part

That short music is from Namco Museum Vol. 3, it's the welcome theme before the menu music cues.
What do you use to get the AI TF2 voices? I need them for something, and I have looked EVERYWHERE for one.
I didn't use AI voices for the TF2 characters, I went to the website "TF2 Wiki" and got the voicelines there for sentence- mixing
