Ensure you're using the main Facebook app and not Facebook light

Same with me. I don't have the next button after I updated my FB app. You can uninstall the app and reinstall, you'll have it then.

I switched to professional mode, but it didn't work then I uninstalled the FB app and reinstalled it, then it worked.
