It wont start posting all 30 at once on tuesday at 11am then the next tuesday post another 30 at 11am in one hit??

Hi Sean! There is no way to add music within 3rd party platforms. This must either be done in-app and you can do so by scheduling with a push notification. Or for platforms like IG, you can upload the video with the sound already attached, the sound will eventually be detected and added to the audio page. :)

@@leonheiherbat1186 We always say that it’s a risk just depending on which specific sound/music you use. Sometimes it’s best to use the audio from the respective apps to avoid any sound getting muted or removed! You can do that by scheduling with a push notification!

Hello! In order to get the best times, you need to click into the "Best Times" and toggle on your selected network and then from there a gradient will appear depending on which network you have toggled on. :)

Yes! You can however still publish with a push notification your short-form videos if you want the caption and video downloaded to your phone at the time of posting. Then you would just add in those finishing touches on the native platforms like your sounds, tags, etc. :)

Hi Tyler! You do need to have an actual page associated to connect per the Meta rules. However, what many people do is they will create a page just to establish that connection and then they don't necessarily post on it or anything!

Hello! We don't currently have a way to have a post go out in multiple languages. We have a duplicate button that would allow you to easily duplicate the post and change the caption but that would be the closest thing!

Hello! Third-party apps don't have access to trending sounds currently. Adding them still needs to be done within the app. :) You can use our tool to do a push notification and that will allow you to partially schedule and add in those finishing touches.
This is a dream come true! However, I do not have a business account and I am not interested in switching to such just yet. Is this still a tool for me if I only have a personal IG and FB account? Or do you suggest another app? Great video!
Hello! Most authorized apps require some sort of professional account! We recommend making the switch, as it can unlock many insights as well! Thank you. :)
LinkedIn is a premium feature! You will need to upgrade to add that connection. As for FB, personal FB pages are a limitation from the Meta API. We can only connect business ones. We are hopeful they will allow this in the future!

No 3rd party platforms have access to the audio libraries due to API restrictions, unfortunately! You'd have to import with the sound or publish manually with a push notification. IG has gotten good about detecting original audios though and adding them to the respective sound pages.
Looks great and I really want to get the premium. But I don't see the value in TikTok? You can't add music or a cover to your video? And the character limits are less than your phone? I would LOVE something so I don't have to do it on my phone but the losses seem to severe?
It gives you a push notification when you post tiktoks or reels (just reading it off the screen at 9:27 ) it says "when publishing you can add the effects or sounds you want and finish customising your post". So you can make final changes before you post if you wish. Its more of a reminder and a tiny bit of work to add music to the reel/tiktok.
@@metricoolapp basically when I post on my insta, it automatically posts on my fb., I’ve linked them. It saves me time. But I learned from you that hashtags don’t work for fb, so in order to use matricool I have to unlink them?
This is up to you! You can choose to unlink them then toggle on both IG and FB for scheduling, click on edit by network and from there you can customize the post for each platform. But you can also keep them linked if you prefer. :)

Once the posts appear on the calendar, you can just click back into the post to add any edits. To delete, there is a button in the bottom left corner of the post once it appears. ☺️

Hello! Yes you can, we recommend our advanced plan so that you can add them as a user on your Metricool account. From there they would have access to scheduling TikToks for you as well as replying to comments from TikTok in the Inbox feature. You could also give them access to your login if you only have the one brand. :)

Hello Ichrak! Because there are multiple options for photo sizes on IG, the photo will not automatically adjust. Head into the planner, hover over your desired image and click edit picture. From there in the crop option, you will see Crop/Aspect Ratio. Click that and adjust your photo to your desired crop. We have some presets which are IG Landscape, Portrait and regular Square. If you create a post for each photo it will post 1 each tuesday not all at once 😊

Hello! We don't currently have a way to have a post go out in multiple languages. We have a duplicate button that would allow you to easily duplicate the post and change the caption but that would be the closest thing!
Please will I be able to auto publish my Instagram posts with a creator account? Because I tried it recently and it didn't auto publish my post. They said my Instagram isn't a business account. So I would like to know if it works for only business accounts. Thank you.

If you have a brand new account, you will need to get to 100 followers in order for us to pull proper data for posting times!

Hello! Third-party apps don't have access to trending sounds currently. Adding them still needs to be done within the app. :) You can use our tool to do a push notification and that will allow you to partially schedule and add in those finishing touches.

You can manage many different social media platforms! Just depending on how much you are managing, you would have to sign up under a premium plan!

LinkedIn is a premium feature! You will need to upgrade to add that connection. As for FB, personal FB pages are a limitation from the Meta API. We can only connect business ones. We are hopeful they will allow this in the future!

Is posible yo add audio, not just the originall one?
No 3rd party platforms have access to the audio libraries due to API restrictions, unfortunately! You'd have to import with the sound or publish manually with a push notification. IG has gotten good about detecting original audios though and adding them to the respective sound pages.
Looks great and I really want to get the premium. But I don't see the value in TikTok? You can't add music or a cover to your video? And the character limits are less than your phone? I would LOVE something so I don't have to do it on my phone but the losses seem to severe?
It gives you a push notification when you post tiktoks or reels (just reading it off the screen at 9:27 ) it says "when publishing you can add the effects or sounds you want and finish customising your post". So you can make final changes before you post if you wish. Its more of a reminder and a tiny bit of work to add music to the reel/tiktok.

@@metricoolapp basically when I post on my insta, it automatically posts on my fb., I’ve linked them. It saves me time. But I learned from you that hashtags don’t work for fb, so in order to use matricool I have to unlink them?
This is up to you! You can choose to unlink them then toggle on both IG and FB for scheduling, click on edit by network and from there you can customize the post for each platform. But you can also keep them linked if you prefer. :)

I can't figure out how to edit or cancel posts I scheduled
Once the posts appear on the calendar, you can just click back into the post to add any edits. To delete, there is a button in the bottom left corner of the post once it appears. ☺️

Yes! For sure, to have more than 1 instagram account, you need to configure more than 1 brand inside Metricool and that's it 😀

Yes! You would need to upgrade to a Pro account as you can only connect 1 social media brand per network.
For example, if you run 3 different blogs, that counts as 3 "brands".

Hello! Yes you can, we recommend our advanced plan so that you can add them as a user on your Metricool account. From there they would have access to scheduling TikToks for you as well as replying to comments from TikTok in the Inbox feature. You could also give them access to your login if you only have the one brand. :)

When I try to post on metricool a picture on my insta feed, it tells me I have to resize the picture. Why is it not doing it itself? What do you recommend?
Hello Ichrak! Because there are multiple options for photo sizes on IG, the photo will not automatically adjust. Head into the planner, hover over your desired image and click edit picture. From there in the crop option, you will see Crop/Aspect Ratio. Click that and adjust your photo to your desired crop. We have some presets which are IG Landscape, Portrait and regular Square.
