Looks great. Maybe thats a good thing with the hose bent buy the floor. It will take the dust and leave the media, you will just have to empty the hose every so often.

Thanks for the video, I have been wondering how effective a suction type bead blast cabinet would be. A few things to consider, when the glass beads break down it will not flow as well to the bottom of your cabinet. This will hinder the flow of new glass when it's added. A shaker would help the flow but that's probably not feasible for this cabinet. Another thing you can try is to put a T in the air line on the inside of the cabinet and mount an extra air tube. This tube can assist in blowing the media down. You could put a valve on the extra air tube to regulate the air flow. Now for some questions, what size glass beads were you using? Do you recall the nozzle size, PSI and CFM you were using? I've been wanting a bench top peening cabinet for awhile now. Thanks for taking the time to post your videos.

How big of an item do you think you could fit in there? Is a 17” car wheel way too big? Wondering the maximum capability of this cabinet. Looks like a nice setup. So an air compressor and shop vac needed in addition to use it. Where did you buy the blasting media?
Was there anything else required to get up and running?

Hey I just picked one of these up. What did you do about the hole in the bottom? The media will just fall through to the table under

I'm looking at buying one of those cabinets, i would like to know what the inside dimensions are, would you mind taking a few measurements when you get time?
Also would a small magnetic parts tray be useful for holding tiny parts inside the cabinet?
It was nice to see this cabinet being used, and that the right corner might be an issue with smaller parts. Thank you for taking time to film and post this video.
