As person with ADHD it’s so hard not to interrupt. I have learned to hold and interrupt minimally and apologize 😅. If not my thoughts would disappear and forgotten. 😅
Recognizing this within ourselves and making conscious efforts to change is incredible growth! Change isn't linear but it's always a step in the right direction 🙌💪
@@brainbff I mean it is, I know talkativeness is my most annoying characteristic. Interrupting is kinda double-edged sword: I group conversations it is often necessary, but maybe one-on-one discussion it may be considered rude...except maybe if you both are enthusiastic the conversation may overlap...
@@samppakoivula9977 I completely agree ie: talkativeness is my character flaw that I am cognizant of. As well as on the interrupting forefront, sometimes it is necessary in group settings or that enthusiasm can be caught by both parties and it becomes a shared contribution instead of being viewed as interrupting
