Madam please suggest between RGNUL Patiala and IIT KGP LLM ? IPR or any other specialisation preference is not much of priority as I am aspiring for Judicial Services and State Civil Services, I may go for PhD in future if I don’t crack judiciary. Thank you
Go for RGNUL Patiala for the following reasons - 1. Less time, LLM will be completed in one year 2. In IIT KGP you have to majorly study IPR and related subjects which will serve as an added burden if your interest is in the judiciary! 3. The curriculum is hectic in IIT KGP leaving you very little time to prepare for your judiciary exams! Rest depends upon you, All the best!
