Hi. If you see fish in the sounder and then anchor to a location (to hunt those same fish), what the likelihood that those fish will still be in that same vicinity?
Not sure about fishing several rods. The Victorian fishing rules state that you can only have two rods in the water at any one time per person. Also, each line can only have a maximum of two hooks in Victoria. Except if it is a Sabiki rig for catching baitfish as I understand.

Nay Mathew. We leave the bail shut and let the snapper take up the slack line and eventually load up the rod.
