In their collective grief they all share the same thing and yet it's private grief. I am Canadian and I don't know if I'll ever get there but it would be profound to actually walk around the parapets and read all of the names. I often wonder for how many years the ceremony will run reading the names. I met somebody in Toronto Canada who lost a friend who was a firefighter in the world trade center. That's my only connection to your sadness. I am from Calgary Alberta Canada
It is a personal opinion about this beloved ceremony, which is of this Tragik beautifully made: Truely awful sadly it happend in the US NYC, Washington DC, and in Shanksville Pennsylvania, and many of your Citizens awully died;"BUT": there were not "only US-Citizens", there were non US Citizens, from other Countries, or even other Continents!!! There I think of the "Speaker/Readers", who are doing it very brave!!! Also should "speak/read" the relatives of victims from outside the US!!! Well, again, it is my opinion. @@latoshagomes9165 yes that is correct, but we as foreigners by you guys in the US 🇺🇲🗽, that the "Readers/Speakers" are from " the foreign Victims from orher Countries", I only see on the Videos, "original US-Americans", which is certainly and absolutly correct and fine ‼️‼️‼️ but I think from the foreigners Victims who were from abroad, and their beloveds,does not matter if Continents like 🇪🇺, Asia, Africa, Oceania Australia New Zealand and South Amerika, that their beloveds read, even they are not "English Native Speakers" ,like me as a 🇪🇺🇩🇪. What I will never understand is if there were an explosion in the North Tower why not just evacuate BOTH BUILDINGS AND HOTEL why tell the ppl in the south tower to go back to work I HATE THIS IT MAKES NO SENSE
