I agree 100%, for my taste content became too repetitive. And those recent chanel takeovers like this one with "sprint method" doesn't bring much value. They are more or less ads which takes whole video on the channel. C'mon Francesco you can do better than that.

Just seen this comment, that's unfair. I never covered these topics.
Always open to feedback, as you should see in other comments, but this comment isn't accurate.

It's not literal. But it's close to the truth. Meant to poke fun at constant turn around just to generate content and clicks.

I must say, that 83 thumps up on this comment is a mystery! As is 64 thumps down on the video itself. This video was EXACTLY what I needed right now - am looking for upgrading Apples build in reminders app. Unbiased, informing, quick and obviously not hiding anything, with prices being mentioned and weighed straight up.
This stinks of competing channels wanting to smear or something like that. Very counterproductive on the most productive informative video I've come across.

Kinda disappointing - for a list of todo *apps*, 40 percent of the list isn't available on Android.
To those mentioning Notion: yes it has Todo capabilities - but it's so much more of a toolkit for productivity and project management it's really beyond the scope for this list (although, one could argue that the templates make setting up Todo lists quick and easy).

    • @franksydnor7831
      @franksydnor7831 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Exactly. If "cross-platforming" was one of the criteria, those 40% wouldn't have been covered. And some of the apps covered weren't available on Windows, either.

I use Restyaboard to coordinate my very nice to-do-list. Restyaboard gives you insight into all your tasks, both at work and at home. Whether you're running a team, writing an epic screenplay, or just making a list of groceries, Restyaboard is your sidekick to do things and stay organized.

    Hey Francesco,
Great video as always and the new logo is much better!
I have been trying out 2Do for some time now. It seems to have all the bells and whistles and is simply effective, even for a full fledged project manager. Lacks sharing ability though, but then so does Things 3. The price factor is awesome too.
Wonder it is always an underdog and not figuring in most recommendations, even on other channels.
I think it is at par with the best. Are there any glitches / limitations that I am not aware yet?

Usei dois anos o todoist. O design ultrapassado e sem atualização me deixou cansado de usar. Migrei para o TickTick e não me arrependo.

Hey Francesco, I have never heard you talk about SkedPal. It’s a smart timeblocking app that automatically rearranges your tasks into blocks of available time on your calendar, it’s pretty awesome and capable, you should check it out! I haven’t seen a single video from a known productivity youtuber, so you should be the first!

Disappointed the www.Nozbe.com was not included. It should have replaced Things. Nozbe is the absolute best cross platform to do software. Perfect two way sync with Google Calendar.

Another great video Francesco thank you, I've just started using Getflow and Getitdone, the former leans more toward project management but has the flexibility to cater for many uses, the latter I have to say is well worth checking out, reasonably priced with some really neat features. Would be great to see a video on either of these

Well, ToDoist is now ruined for me since they removed the ability to easily see checked off sub-tasks and uncheck them. Long time user, probably leaving now. Back to RTM, I guess.
