Joe, I passed my national & state the same day, 5/31/2016 With your webinars I got through it after not being able to pass. I still continue to listen to the webinars. Words for everyone, don't give up.
Hey Joe, I pass my Exam Yesterday after several attempts. I am so grateful for you and the wondrous effect you put into creating this videos. 90 perfect of what I know of Real Estate came from you and not my course. Thank you and be bless.
Thanks for your help! I forgot to come back but I passed my state exams last month and I'm now licensed!! Thanks so much for posting, I'm so glad I ran across your videos, it gave me so much confidence. Peace!
Thank you for SO much help! I passed my class exam the first time I took it yesterday. Here, the class exam is supposed to be harder because they want their RE schools to have a high success rate. So essential, I took an online class and passed it the first time (that is very vague) despite not being in the in-course class, where everyone is being told exactly what to do! I used your 1-week session and the questions were VERY similar. Thank you once again, Prep Agent! Wish me luck on the state licensing test next week.
It would be great if you can do a webinar on just the math....with a thorough explanation. I almost passed my test but the math was what held me back from passing it. Thank you in advance, your videos are so helpful that I am wondering if you explained the math I would most likely undertand it and Pass. Please Help
I'm having difficulty remembering how debit/credits are accounted for on the settlement sheet for sellers and buyers. Do you have an easy way to remember? Thanks!
Hi Joe! Thank you so much for your vedio, youtube, what is great to learn from you. I passed my real estate License, I listen to your youtube, read 2 books, practice 600 question of Master exam, Intented 1 crack course. Passed😘
Next Thursday will be my 11th time taking the national portion of the real estate exam.. I am so close to giving up. I need 70% to pass here in Washington state & I always score in the mid to high 60s. Hopefully next week will be my last time!! I'm so glad I found your TH-cam channel today Joe!
There are so many dates, time periods, number of days for actions, signings, time after an event to do a specific action, on n on throughout All the exam information!! I hope these Qs aren't the reason I don't pass come exam day. I feel the significance of knowing every single one of these exact time frames, at this time of my real estate career is so minor it's almost comical. 3 days, 10 days, 10 calendar days lol, 1 year, 2 year, 4 years.....any way to, of course not easily, but get these type of questions down for the exam, possibly a memorization strategy??
Hi Dawn, For these public videos I try to review content that applys to every state. The content that is specific to a state I tend to avoid for these public videos. Remember, not everything on you exam only applies to florida. Much of it applies to everybody such as federal law for example.
Hi Julian, I am humble enough to know what I slipped. The property manager is the general agent. you are right the Real Estate Agent is a special agent. I made a note on the video. This is why I love when people comment as you did. Good stuff!
Nevada requires that you have to have a Real Estate License to do Property Management. You don't have to have a license to manage a property of apartments.
South Carolina May have needed a license at the time of making this video but currently in 2020 you do not need a special license for property management.
hey, when you have a prep with a big mistake like the def of an agent... real estate agent; you should take this down because you go through the entire explanation incorrectly... now it's in my brain .... ugh On a good note am enjoying your teaching.

Illinois has a property managers license as well
Thanks for the feedback, I will adjust accordingly.
