Cool video but you left out so much I was hoping to see like how you changed the valve springs, also the rockers aren’t hard to change there’s a cylinder pin thru them
I bought mine and it came with a big bore kit on it. They cut the spark arrestor off of it and I wondered if they did it for a reason or not. I want to buy a new stock exhaust for it but I'm not sure.
@@HillendaleBros mine runs fine. But for some reason the engine just shuts off when I'm coming to a stop. Just today when I was going to stop, I let go of the throttle while still going around 28 MPH in fifth gear and it just quit while coasting. It almost sounds like a firing problem. Other than that it runs great all the time.
And behind the scenes the super visser really put it all together and sat back down lol🤫👍✌🏼🍻💯🏍️
What did you set your valves clearance at? Looks good man! About to cop a 120 big bore after seeing how easy it seems lol
@@jaredkish992 I don’t remember. Thanks, good luck 👍

How do you compress the valves
@@jppyron2509 put a big enough socket on the spring side push cylinder on it cotter fall out then do that but reverse. Socket on valve.
Hello when you mount a cylinder you have to change other parts or the original engine can support a 120 kit
The original engine supports the 120
@@Playboi.joshey but when you install it do you need to drill the block so the cylinder will slide in? Or does it just go in as is
@@juanpablohernandez5451 it goes on as is, the bbr kit will fit the block just like the oem stuff does. Installs the same way too!

@@bernardberben4852 maybe a new spark plug would help??
@@HillendaleBros I was thinking the same thing. Might take it out and look to see if it's bad.
You didn't do the whole install with the motor in the frame did you?
Yes
I'm having a hard time getting the head off with the motor still inside the frame.. any techniques?
@@jessebrand6035 I was able to unscrew the long head bolts. If u can’t you’ll probably have to take the motor out. That’s not to hard either
Lmao watched the whole video just to see where the hoses go then cut to the end all finished. 💀
How did you compress the valve springs
Valve spring compressor tool
Did you use the stock cylinder head
