    Super vid great exercises ! I know you are a speed skater but id love to see some fitness push technique like ''speed fitness'' technique more strait on the position double push and normal with fitness boots for balade :)

    I will be skating a marathon for the first time in Berlin this year so I have been going back over your Dryland Bible exercises and will definitely go through these too.
    I must commend you for making your courses accessible price-wise. I just purchased your marathon course which I probably wouldn't have been able to justify if it was $100+.

    Hi Viktor..
    I have been taken a break from skating and it's now a almost year. Since last month I've started my skating fitness but, the deal here is that I ain't able to coordinate with them. I feel weak after realizing that the most basic drills also are hard for me. So just willing to get a suggestion from you to how to start off my journey again.

    In the single leg push slalom, I noticed you had no arm swing. Should arm swing be avoided?

      I am in no way affiliated with them, but I had the same question as you did and found mine over at SILA (french company). They have a few nice looking ones, although a bit expensive (not as expensive as custom made ones tho!)

    But I can’t do that. I try to roll, standing on one leg and resting my other leg on one wheel, but I lose my balance.

    Pretty sure if they had inline skating in the 1600s people demonstrating a proper double push would be burned at the stake :(
