Listen to my podcast (Disneyworld Vacationer podcast) for more thoughts & tips on this new tower. If you love Bay Lake Tower, Contemporary Resort, and/or Disneyland Hotel, you will absolutely FALL IN LOVE with this DVC tower and wish their rooms were like these rooms because they are SPECTACULAR! I would only book preferred view though, because the standard views are really horrible views of the city, and it really takes you out of the Disney bubble. Also, most rooms don’t have balconies and that’s a huge negative (the garden duo studios do!). The one bedroom is the most beautiful of all the rooms here. Definitely rent points and stay in this new tower over Disneyland Hotel room, if you are deciding between that and staying at this new DVC tower, it’s way better than that. With all that being said, my preference would still be Grand Californian when staying at the Disneyland resort. That theming is more my vibe.
Thanks for info. Yes, you’d have to be facing east to get theme park views. You get mountain view as backdrop too (no flat Florida landscape;) ). Will check out your podcast. I get why you prefer the grand Californian. More eateries closer also and closer to parks.

Welcome! And thank you SO much! 🙏
Nice jazz renditions of Disney theme music. Lively tunes. Came here to check if second floor bedrooms have balconies. Thanks.
