Just went out to Denver for the first time and really enjoyed the city. My friend is trying to talk me into moving out there and I'm definitely interested. I was wondering, if you are looking at jobs out near Regis University, what are some cities/neighborhoods to potentially be looking at?

I would say you'll be able to find the most affordable areas if you're willing to go 45+ minutes out of Denver. If you look in places like Watkins or Bennet, you'll find the most affordable housing.

Great part of Denver! Crazy that Englewood has a section between Parker and Centennial area that can throw you off if you’re actually looking at Englewood west of I-25.
