Agreed. I smoke weed almost daily, and I get a ton done. It also helps a lot with my music. It's done nothing but benefit me. On the other hand, I know a few people who like to smoke and sit on a couch all day and not do shit. I think it's really just a maturity thing. You can control yourself fine when you're high (unless you're new to smoking then you may be a little sloppy). If you want to be productive, you will be. If you want to be a couch potato, then you will be.

Continued to smoke A LOT up until around 23 when i stopped for my other half. My life went to shit within a year. Now i suffer from agoraphobia and the panic attacks are back. I cannot stress how much cannabis helped me and i regret giving it up!
canabis makes anxiety worse its a proven fact, people use it to cover up one problem with another. youre less anxious because you drug yourself into not feeling anything, but once its stopped you actually increase the anxiety and the withdrawal from pot is a real thing. your life going to shit had nothing to do with you stopping smoking pot.
For real... I honestly think that weed has helped me in so many ways. I can actually be in public places without freaking out and eventually hyperventilating. Between the anxiety, insomnia, and ptsd... its kind of a life saver for me. Also music is truly an experience when you're high, and can single out some of the subtle melodies that you kind of overlook when you're just casually listening

Something that might help with your anxiety is CBD. It's like marijuana without the psychoactive effects. So no munchies, drowsiness, and loss of ambition or motivation. The most effective way of taking it is in a tincture and you would want to find full spectrum CBD, a few drops last all day. You can also smoke it, eat it and vape it. These are less effective. If you would want to vape it you have to find high milligram dosage like 500 mgs, but this wont last all day. I would also suggest a separate tank or rda for it. I think you should really look into CBD if anxiety is a big problem for you.

All the poetry became drug related..... About wasting their day away toking a blunt in a cemetery with his buds.... Talent destroyed... Talent wasted....they never did anything with either.... I‘ve tried therapy, rehabs, a lot of good offers here in Germany. But until now nothing could really help me. I don‘t want to take prescription drugs, Xanax, etc. Coming from a family with depression and anxiety running in our blood, I‘ve seen a lot of bad side effects. So in Germany we legalized medical cannabis in March, so I want to give it a try to actually get a break from this shit and refill my batteries a little. But having anxiety I am also afraid of how my body might react to the weed. Is your anxiety targeted at your body as well, say - do you freak out when your heart skips a beat, stuff like that? Manuel Bastian weed makes your heart beat faster even skip a beat or 2 if you start to think about it, it happens to everyone. it’s because weed causes blood vessels and blood flow better so your heart beats faster. most people dont even notice it but when u think about it you will and if you think about it too much it will trigger a panic attack. trust me ive been there lol but weed is literally harmless and has no effect on heart or lungs, it causes anxiety if you think about your body too much but anxiety is what causes your heart to race & freak out not the weed. i have panic attacks sober and sometimes high, but the benefits of weed outweigh the negatives and anxiety isn’t harmful no matter how bad you think you are going to die or have a heart attack lol if anything the fast beating only makes your heart stronger like its exercising itself. it’s definitely worth a shot, your body will not react bad in a physical way, all thc does is make neurons fire off x2 as fast causing magnified thoughts like if your in a good mood you will be really happy if you are anxious it will make you paranoid. i recommend you try it, the first time always is too much atleast it was for me but the 2nd time you smoke you will enjoy it because you know how it will effect you & not hurt. i recommend you stay away from sativas , those make me more anxious than others but everyones body reacts differently but yeah fast heart rate is completely normal and even healthy because its like exercise without exercising lol

It happened two or three times that I was super high and kinda locked within myself and I noticed my heart beating really fast and it gave me the creeps. Bit they say that CBD counteracts THC, which is responsible for making your heart beat faster. And nowadays I would smoke therapeutically, meaning much lower doses, to feel relaxed, not to get hammered. I feel this would make a difference as well! Man, I wish you all the best and that you will be able to leave this shit behind one day! It really helps to know we are not alone with this! Stay strong!
ruger, I would like to point out that you are missing one key component. Some people can be allergic to marijuana. I'm saying this as a heavy smoker myself. Please do not spread misinformation. Anxiety and stress are not good for your body. Weed when used moderately can help with both. When abused it will cause both. When used heavily and for a long period of time, just like any other substance, the positive effects start being outweighed by the bad. I'm a perfect example of this, been smoking 15 years or so, graduated with a masters in economics, working manual labor because its extremely hard to get any drive. I still smoke because for how long I've smoked, the lack of drive has become permanent and I enjoy my work anyway.

Jared, thank you so much for being that open about your anxiety! I am suffering from anxiety and depression for years now, panic attacks... It‘s cut into my musical carreer, my personal life. I‘ve tried therapy, rehabs, a lot of good offers here in Germany. But until now nothing could really help me. I don‘t want to take prescription drugs, Xanax, etc. Coming from a family with depression and anxiety running in our blood, I‘ve seen a lot of bad side effects. So in Germany we legalized medical cannabis in March, so I want to give it a try to actually get a break from this shit and refill my batteries a little. But having anxiety I am also afraid of how my body might react to the weed. Is your anxiety targeted at your body as well, say - do you freak out when your heart skips a beat, stuff like that? Did you go high on CBD and low on THC? Man, I‘d really appreciate if you shared your experience with anxiety and weed to help a brother out! Love your channel! Manuel Bastian weed makes your heart beat faster even skip a beat or 2 if you start to think about it, it happens to everyone. it’s because weed causes blood vessels and blood flow better so your heart beats faster. most people dont even notice it but when u think about it you will and if you think about it too much it will trigger a panic attack. trust me ive been there lol but weed is literally harmless and has no effect on heart or lungs, it causes anxiety if you think about your body too much but anxiety is what causes your heart to race & freak out not the weed. i have panic attacks sober and sometimes high, but the benefits of weed outweigh the negatives and anxiety isn’t harmful no matter how bad you think you are going to die or have a heart attack lol if anything the fast beating only makes your heart stronger like its exercising itself. it’s definitely worth a shot, your body will not react bad in a physical way, all thc does is make neurons fire off x2 as fast causing magnified thoughts like if your in a good mood you will be really happy if you are anxious it will make you paranoid. i recommend you try it, the first time always is too much atleast it was for me but the 2nd time you smoke you will enjoy it because you know how it will effect you & not hurt. i recommend you stay away from sativas , those make me more anxious than others but everyones body reacts differently but yeah fast heart rate is completely normal and even healthy because its like exercise without exercising lol
Ruger_Ray 412 Dude, thanks so much for chiming in! I used to smoke years ago when I didn‘t have panic attacks. It happened two or three times that I was super high and kinda locked within myself and I noticed my heart beating really fast and it gave me the creeps. Bit they say that CBD counteracts THC, which is responsible for making your heart beat faster. And nowadays I would smoke therapeutically, meaning much lower doses, to feel relaxed, not to get hammered. I feel this would make a difference as well!

ruger, I would like to point out that you are missing one key component. Some people can be allergic to marijuana. I'm saying this as a heavy smoker myself. Please do not spread misinformation. Anxiety and stress are not good for your body. Weed when used moderately can help with both. When abused it will cause both. When used heavily and for a long period of time, just like any other substance, the positive effects start being outweighed by the bad. I'm a perfect example of this, been smoking 15 years or so, graduated with a masters in economics, working manual labor because its extremely hard to get any drive. I still smoke because for how long I've smoked, the lack of drive has become permanent and I enjoy my work anyway.

THC mimics natural chemicals in your brain, so your immune system would not recognize it as harmful. if anything you will be allergic to the fertilizer or something it was grown in or the actual plant matter. and not to mention NOBODY has died from weed so quit basing your weak willpower and lack of motivation to others. i do more school work, go outside more and talk more while high. like i said it hits everyone different. so yes you could be that 0.000001% of people allergic to a plant but THC & CBD itself is near impossible to be allergic to because it copies the exact shape of natural chemicals in your brain. do some research before you spread negativity about a plant you know nothing about

I gotta be honest, I relate with you on weed 100%. I love the feeling it gives me, but I usually just want to play video games or listen to music rather than work on something productive. Nothing wrong with smoking weed, but for me personally, it's best if I only smoke occasionally. - That being said, I still smoke almost every day ;)
HellaBeats Just a question, do you mix it with tobacco, and if you do can you smoke it straight? Because I find that if it's spun it makes weed more addictive. I couldn't smoke it without tobacco and then because of circumstances I had to quit weed, and it was easy I hadn't had any for nearly 3 months but I'm still addicted to tobacco.

Jared, you should try CBD oil. THC is the part in weed that makes you feel high. CBD is the part in weed that relaxes your nervous system. If weed is legal in your state, look for a dispensary that sells CBD Oil. If not, your doctor can give you a card for medical marijuana shops (if you've been diagnosed). Also if you take 99% CBD and 1% THC the CBS can be a bit stronger. Cheers.

As someone who also has an issue with panic attacks, have a crazy 13th b-day story with it, but when I finally discovered the benefits of it, I've also noticed my acid reflux and stomach is settled, and I have the desire to eat at times I don't feel like it, also sleep when my body doesn't let me.
