This episode was a huge breakthrough for HaeIn. She’s finally showing her vulnerability to HyunWoo. You can tell that for almost all her life she’s had to stand strong and suffer slings and barbs from all directions. Can’t show people they’ve hurt you and she can’t show any emotion to show weakness. What I question is why HyunWoo wanted to be with her if that’s how she was all along. So assuming he was ok with her coldness when they dated and first married, then did his expectations of her change?

He might not realize how he actually feels because of all the built-up resentment over the years and he might not actually able to register the reality/concept of her actually dying in his mind (because she looks normal in front of him), but we can really see how he feels when Hae In is visibly in danger or when she actually display symptoms of her illness.. Hyun Woo can just let Hae In dies or get hurt if that is how he really felt, but he saves her every single time, like when she was attacked by the wild boar, or when she was attacked by her mom, when she almost fell on the escalator, and when she got lost in this episode.. Anyway, soooo looking forward to future reactions!! 😁😁
