On today's episode Gabe talks about playing hockey with symbrachydactyly, a birth defected right hand. We dive into what it is like playing hockey with symbrachydactyly as well a panic attack he experienced toward the end of the second intermission of a game in which he stopped 91 out of 100 shots. Gabe also talks about many of the things he is currently studying on his way to completing his Master's degree in sport psychology. We dive into the power of being present, developing routines and journaling/reflecting to manage anxiety and facilitate confidence. Enjoy!
