Yesung the voice in Devil is like this, if not mistaken it's a special design for Devil. If you have watched all Devil performances, you will notice Yesung sound all the same voice like this.
Yes, it is purposefully breathy and raspy in Devil ,it's been like this forever yet people still are not able to differentiate between stylistic choice and a sore throat ...

@@peachxtaehyung but not in every single performance of the Devil yet people keep asking ;SS7 concert -he did not have nodules, raspy , airy tone is a stylistic choice, every single one of them had to switch from head to chest voice in this part^^ ..there were also mic volume issues in this one... that's why I don't pay attention to what others say anymore when they are not musically trained. ..especially when they judge Yesung's technique .He's super versatile and impressive.

Yesung always sounds that way when he does Devil for some reason. I think it's either a style choice, or he has trouble using his head voice. It might be a mix of the two. As for Leeteuk, he was recovering from surgery, so he probably took a break there to not overdo it.

Alice, Rokkugo is one of Super Junior T (subunit). T stands for Trot.. a traditional music in Korea. And the Elsa, Power Ranger.. means... our Suju did a cosplay when the sang Rokkugo~ and went oldies for Rokkugo SS8.

Suju friday!!!! You had to do so much work, i feel so bad for you, but thank you for last week's video. And yay to this week's reaction! That's Bonamana rock version they do it this way on Sushows. Miracle is the song that was a miracle for Super Junior, it's thanks to it that the group survived, so i think it's special to the guys and to us, plus the song is really good, so cheerful :).
And about Rokkugo, it's a trot song, they perform it at sushows a lot, it's really fun, tho the lyrics are basically gibberish 😂
leeteuk could not feel well enough to dance in sorry sorry&bonamana because he gad just gone through an opera in one month, but he performed perfect in other songs and tried his best

As for next, next time, since we're having sub unit songs with 'Rokkugo' (which is a SuJu-T song) let's continue in that line;
- 'Supergirl' (a SuJu-M song. It has a full MV, however I really, really love the rearranged, live edition from SS3 ☺)
And, if you dare, as someone else suggested;
- 'Take it slow' by D&E. They have a live performance of this too. (A little warning though, it's 😳🥵🤯😉🥰)
Also, I completely agree with, watching the guys interact with each other really makes you smile. I love the bromance between them 🥰 You get to see this a lot if you watch Super TV and SJ Returns. Both shows have me laughing hard, they are just the funniest and cutest guys ever 🥰🥰

Regarding Yesung's voice in "Devil" song, his voice was like this even in the original version, a rough voice, not due to illness or a malfunction in the microphone...
some info: during this performance as you noticed leader leeteuk didn't appear in all of it 'cause unfortunately that year 2018 he had health issues all year round to the point he had to undergo a "gallbladder removal surgery" in July & all of his work had been cancelled / postponed, in one of his shows with shindong, ryewook took his place in 2 eps...
& the cause of it is stress/ being super busy & the worst being super angry (during SMTWON in Chile 2018, they performed "lo siento" without miss "lesly" iren from red velvet took her place ( as a way from SM to promote her) so in the part when leeteuk hold the Waist of lesly in the MV he did the same choreo with iren...
so her fans accused leeteuk of sexual harassment without checking the MV & the K-media talked about it + what's worse is that SM or iren kept silent without defending leader 😥this is why the majority of ELF don't like her...

I'm not sure, but *Yesung* voice in the song _'Devil'_ is not because he is sick. It's because *he sings in falsetto and his voice sounds like that. His voice quite unique,* although it's true that at some points, the volume of his voice, goes down. Maybe he doesn't even try hard enough to sing the chorus, as I guess, they usually put 'support voice' in the chorus, I think, at least a little bit, but in this concert you don't hear that they have 'support voice'. I don't know, maybe he's just focused on looking good hahaha it's one thing or the other lol

Rokkuggo (Ro - ku - ko) is a trot song, a Korean traditional music, Super Junior has a trot unit - Super Junior T and this song used to be really famous and loved by Korean. The song is funny and cheerful, and Suju made it even more interesting in Super Show. The lyrics is meaningless to us, because all of lyrics is word play ^^
Btw, i recomend to watch the MV, because performances were not well filmed, almost were fancam with noise :))
