Not all of them are. After Covid, many have resorted to charging planning fees, so keep an eye out for that depending on the agency.
When you were talking about traveling on a budget, I immediately thought of when Jess shared the story about you two going to New Orleans. So when you talk about "we'll meet you where you are," I'm like, I know this man speaks from experience.
Hi Tyler! I just used your agency for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Arlina. I never thought we could afford to stay at any of Disney’s resorts but Arlina made it happen!! Arlina was kind, patient and extremely helpful answering my questions and giving us the gift of a beautiful magical trip. I was an avid traveler, but 8 yrs ago I became very sick & I now have mobility issues. My husband & I pretty much stopped traveling because there are so many places that aren't actually wheelchair accessible despite saying they're "ADA compliant" & we don't want to pay thousands of dollars on a vacation just to find out I can't go to all the places we want to go. I was shocked to hear that you actually have an agent who is certified in traveling with special needs/disabilities/mobility issues (I can't exactly recall how it was worded). I didn't know there was such a thing, but now I know who to call to book a trip. Words can't really express how heartbreaking it is to suddenly no longer be able-bodied & then to discover you really can't travel because so many places can't/don't accommodate a wheelchair.
I seriously had no idea how challenging this world is when you have mobility issues until it happened to me. I genuinely think business owners should HAVE to try to navigate their establishment alone in a wheelchair before they are allowed to open. Doors aren't wide enough to accommodate a mobility device like a wheelchair especially if you have to manually wheel it. Very rarely do they have the handicap automatic door buttons and it's exceptionally challenging to open a door from a wheelchair, hold it open, while wheeling yourself through said door. Thankfully, there are a lot of nice people in the world who are kind enough to help, but I have had 2 occasions where someone was rude. Interestingly, both times they were younger 20's women. Thankfully, I can stand a little, but it quickly became apparent how horrible the world is if you truly are completely paralyzed or quadriplegic, but I digress..

We just got back from an AMAZING trip to the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser, and there's no way we could have had such an amazing trip without People Mover Travel. Jordan helped us to navigate the entire process which was so great because there was so little info about the new experience out there. She found out new info for us, kept us posted about new policies, made all our dining reservations, and recommended an add-on that wound up being the best part of our trip, something we didn't know existed and would have missed completely without the heads-up from Jordan!

Grew up going to Disney multiple times a year, and now as a mom, I am so excited to take my daughter for her first trip!
