I got off of FB years ago. I haven’t had a TV in over 5 years. I only watch limited YT. I. Spend a lot more time reading and meditating and in The Word although probably not enough.
The Lord told me about 3 months ago to stop watching politics.
I am so much more at peace. My metal health is better, I am less anxious and frustrated.

I deleted Instagram one week ago and I’ve never done this before but I knew the lord was telling me it was an idol in my life. It’s already been 1 week and I feel so much better.
THIS WORD “ARISE” has become significant in the last couple of years. In 2022 during my prayer time, I heard the singular word “ARISE”, which lead me to Isaiah 60 and became my prayer focus. It was from 2023 that I began to hear ARISE as the theme across the Body of Christ. Prophet Tomi, all that you are sharing is so true. TH-cam is the only social media platform that I feel comfortable on. I physically feel dread in my body when I think of the social media platforms like FB, Instagram, even WhatsApp. God bless and thank you for sharing🇬🇧🙏🏽❤️🔥
Ouchhh this hit me . Sometimes conviction can hurt . This one def hurt for me . I do spend a lot of time on social media especially tik tok. I do love the Christian content but I will say that you can hear God if you are listening to the voices of some many other people . I consider myself prophetic ( big dreamer ) but I get so distracted. We bind the spirit of distraction in Jesus name

I struggle with prayer and just sitting in the presence of God. I admit I have been on TH-cam quite a bit since deleting social media. I’m seeing the same behavior. I have felt at times God wants me to pull away from this as well. Anything that holds our gaze will ultimately hold our hearts.

It is very true. When God elevated me he took me from a call center to running a foundation in a day, for a celebrity. I was able to work in Africa where I had been working for 30 years. I began to attract people because of God. I met people like Richard Branson and people that were at my new level. I was asked to join the board of international philanthropist. I was just meeting my Devine appointments all the time. I have had so many dreams of late. I spent the end of 2023 to 2024 speaking to leaders in East Africa. I just had a dream where a friend approached me and asked if I wanted to run a foundation. The next day I was asked to run a global foundation. I can’t wait to see what else happens. God is good all the time.
So good, I've been sensing this heavy for some time now. He even took us to Tanzania this summer.
The Lord told me back in the summer this past June to fast Facebook, I deleted it and I feel SO free!!!! I have NO desire to reactivate it! FREE FREE FREE indeed!!!

The Lord is merciful. This is a Confirmation. God spoke to me through Ezekiel 14 this morning and what stood out to me is that through through the idolatrous hearts of the elders, they had put stumbling blocks of their iniquity before their faces (eyes). I immediately knew the Lord was speaking about social media and our love of it.
In the same scripture God rebukes the elders for being idolators in their hearts, but always running to the Prophets to see what God was saying. I think it's the same thing with some of us and it's the reason why some of us are even here right now. We wanna hold on to our idols, but we wanna always run to see what the prophet is saying.
The promise God made in this passage is that He would answer the idolators with judgement. May we hear and turn away from our wicked deeds now. Thank you Lord.

The Lord warned me to get off of social media (Facebook, etc) in 2017…I would go on fasts where I would log off for a few months then get back on. By 2019, the sense of urgency was like fire…I shut it down and haven’t returned since.
It's time for our eyes to come back to the Lord,for anyone not filled with light will be filled with darkness. There is no neutral ground.

In 2018 I had a dream, where I was looking at the sky in the evening and all of a sudden without any control I was lifted up and started quoting the 60th chapter of Isaiah. The words were coming out of my lips as if somebody else was speaking them through me. As soon as I spoke out loud the word “arise” ,I was lifted up and continued to quote the rest of the chapter while flying. I was looking down at the trees and the way their leaves were floating in the wind. Then, I looked up straight and I couldn’t see anything except a bright light.I woke up with a beating heart and over the years I would continually come across the Isaiah 60. 1 preached time after time…

I had a dream since 2020, 2022,2023,2024. In 2023 I had a dream, I was outside the gate of heaven and Jesus stood in front of me and I was kneeling, and He was anointing me. He wore golden robe; His robe was very shiny and the sound of the gold "bling bling". I could here with my real ears when I was almost awake. Days before that I asked the Lord if I am allowed to lay hands-on sick people, I said to Him, I cannot afford to pay for event that "release the healer''. It is free from You why they charged people to be release. There was an event in the church, cost $50 to join. And one early morning I had that dream. Jesus is amazing! DO you have anymore encounter?
He's been speaking this to me. What we look for in media, for confirmation or knowing, or looking for answers that have been stirring other than going to Him in the secret place solely. This is a good correction word because He loves us and wants to be one on one with us. No distractions. Help us to see you, Lord, face to face, one on one. 🙏🙌🔥❤

God told me 2023 to delete FB I didn’t do it till Jan 1 2024! Over the last 2 months God has been telling me to delete IG just like I deleted my FB account! This is very good. I've felt for awhile we need to get off social media. I'm a hidden one or wild prophetic woman. Some call me prophet. But I'm not about titles. Lead by God I've put my prophetic words, visions and dreams in published books. I've never heard of anyone doing this for prophesy. Yet I know it's all God's leading. And it makes so much sense when you know what is coming. Social media will cease but God's word never will. And now he's given us hard copies of his word and encouragement for the new season.
