To give more credit to Monoma, Monoma isn't a total idiot. In fact his quirk basically required him to be smart. He literally is required to understand a quirk to use it efficiently. Especially quirks like Kurogiri's which he should know the coordinates of the places he would connect the portals.
Monoma was feeling himself this episode it was great haha, always thought he had a very underutilized quirk cool to see it being used right now in the biggest moment and in such a huge way.
So it was true and the reason we only got 21 is the memory episodes there were 4️⃣ episodes. To me I just couldn’t believe it and I hope for what we’re gonna get from it will be enough Before the big showdown next season and pretty much next year
