Hi, not sure where you're located. If you're in an English-speaking country, look/ask for "pork jowl" at markets and butchers. Sometimes it's called "pork cheek meat" at Chinese markets. It's pretty widely eaten and available.
Have you notice before mid 90' 豬頸肉 is not popular even not a lot people know about it. The Chinese dishes never had 豬頸肉 before. May be the Chinese cooks does not know how to do with 豬頸肉. In Canada all Major super market not selling 豬頸肉 only will find in few Chinese super market.
