Thank you, Sand Wolf. Wonderful performance. The heat must’ve been dreadful in the overcrowded hall - we became anxious about dehydration etc., forgetting that this was in 2008 and Perényi/Schiff survived very well! A most beautiful rendering.
Perfect rendition. And 16 years later, they still inspire students and audiences. I saw both of them this week in Kronberg at the chamber music festival and they still play stunningly today and make the most amazing teachers.
