Fantastic track! Missed that gritty dark vibe! got elements of Misery Loves Co. and Snake River Conspiracy, Genitorturers. Tune of the year so far! That snare sound, 😎
This is a cover of a song by scorpions and it's one of the most legit songs that they've ever made and it was before they turned into a big hair band in the 80s I mean this was their last legitimate album which came out in 1980 and after that it was just all MTV video airplay regurgitated hair band music. Like their more mainstream American hit albums Love at First sting and blackout which broke them into America. And this was Matthias Jabs first album on guitars and I think Michael Schenker had left the band at that point to do UFO Dan solo project but I think he came back. But I would have to say animal magnetism is probably their best album I mean this man could have fallen apart after the ridiculous lovedrive album. So this was a huge departure from that nonsense and from what I hear this is the real Dark Horse for Die Hard scorpion fans. Because it was before the initial charge into the states for Love at First sting in blackout. But of course the hypnosis ( storm thorgerson) cover there was the album's curious cover photo, which, for once, didn't require a censored replacement to pacify overly sensitive American audiences, but ultimately proved just as sexually suggestive as other notorious Scorpions LPs - though in rather more subliminal ways. But Applause to this band for covering it and doing such a phenomenal job with one of scorpions better songs of all time.
Mr Patton's record label has been finding some unique musicians through the years and Ipecac records is turned out to be a legitimate Venture for him. A lot of wild bands gravitate towards Mike Patton and his label. But no surprise there, he is the greatest voice the past 40 years..... faith and more and Mr Bungle have absolutely been huge and beneficial in changing the course of music I don't think there's a band from the late 80s and 90s that had more influence on musicians than Faith No More and Mr Bungle. It was huge and it thoroughly injected new life into music in the late 80s and early 90s which is exactly what we needed especially the Los Angeles scene & bands that came out and change the landscape even more so than the Seattle scene like Faith No More Mr Bungle Kyuss tool Rollins band rage Deftones Primus Ministry Chili Peppers Fishbone firehose pornos for pyros Jane's Addiction helmet just a few of the incredible bands that lead the charge and changed the course of music for the better. Now don't get me wrong Alice in Chains Jesus Lizard Melvin's Soundgarden were a huge part of that as well from the Seattle scene. I wasn't that big on Nirvana or Pearl Jam but they helped as well But Patton and the rest of the la music scene just blew the roof off the 90s. And Mike has done a thoroughly awesome job bringing quality musicians to his label. Continue the greatness MP.
I agree as well but I like that it’s not the same old diddly-diddly-diddly kind of solo. Almost sounds like another singer (in a painful agonizing way ha!)
Gitary średnio oddają klimat oryginału, są strasznie "schowane" w miksie. No i wokal...
Ooooh this is a nice NIN-like throwback sound for an even throwback-ier Scorpions track. Would be great in a David Lynch film! 🔥🔥🔥
Just brilliant. New track of the week.
I've always thought this was the darkest vibe the Scorpions ever did. I'm surprised there's not more covers of it. By the way, well done.
Testament did a good rendition on Dark Roots of the Earth.
Really amazing actually. Vocals are superb!
Awesome Dave!!!
Fecking awesome 👍😎
Badass! 👍🏻

Mesmerizing
Está muy lindo, me ocasionó un déjà vu con Cia Berg... lo que me encanta.
Ahora lo recordé: es el proyecto de Dave, está muy bueno
Oh man. In midst of recording same song. ..which you 2 just slammed 😊 LOVE this!
Wow! Very interesting to say the least! Can’t say that about most music these days.
Love it! 60 years the Scorps have been together! Great tribute to them. Are any of them original members? Maybe Rudolph Schenker?
Cool, best!!!!!!
dig this so much!
Awesome ✨🖤🥀
I liked it. Different and like someone said NIN vibe.
This is fucking badass!
❤❤

Gary putting some Dime on that mofo 🔥
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Sexier than the original.

🤘
Lady Chino
Suh dude
Kinda reminds me of Maxzy star
Love the song and the vibe...not sure about the guitar solo...
I agree. Sounds more like Kerry King than Holt.
@@generaljj71sounds more like hennamen

Tak to trzeba zagrać. SCORPIONS wymiękają. HOLT to genusz, nie pierdoli się w tańcu.
Nie żartuj, do Klausa nikt nie ma podjazdu

Testament do a much better cover
Vocals are absolutely terrible.
😂 I agree
@dang3740 I don't know why everyone is so afraid to say anything? Maybe because there's so much love for Dave? But she is awful.
@@tedburkholder8156 lmao!
This is just awful 🤣
Agreed.
Ehhh........ Original WAY better, but even they know that.
This sounds horrible, not even close to original.
Original version way better. Can't deal with the girl vocals and the tempo is too slow
This is total crap, singer couldn't carry a note if it had a handle on it.
You seem to be the only tone deaf person I'm here.
Is it she couldn't hold a note or you just don't know music ever think it was done like that on purpose and highly doubt you could have done better
Bye 😂
Love when people talk sh!t but have no videos of themselves doing anything better.....
