Rick Griggs- Rolestorming: Can a book titled "Triumph in Teams" help to reduce gun violence?

Video #3 in our Rolestorming Gun Violence series. Rather than debate, we carefully walked a group of citizens through the Rolestorming idea generation process. Asking them to assume roles of 'saint,' 'sinner' and 'winner,' their brains expanded and filled with ideas and solutions in support of gun violence efforts. In this video we review the actual May 11, 2021 session (see original 19 min video) as we pull ideas and quotes from Rick's "Triumph in Teams" book.
Rolestorming has gone global with groups marketing their own versions (Knowles, Singapore) and speakers using the tool in conferences and seminars (Josh Linkner). This set of three (3) videos highlights how this corporate tool can build consensus and ownership around some of our toughest social issues.
Invented and first published in 1985 (Training Magazine) and then included in Mr. Griggs'/Ms. Bonet's book Quality At Work, Crisp Publications, 1989, Rolestorming is now included in dozens of books and hundreds of published articles throughout the world.
