The test is kinda incorrect, since the lost prayer is overcritting, a player that uses this weapon would not use a crit rate circlet or too much crit rate sub stats

Well, the Lost Prayer needs CD/HP% circlet.
All you need to do is balance the stats. lol

He can't really use the main passive (it buffs NAs only), but the +20% hp passive is similar (but higher) to his signature's and it also has a pretty high crit dmg substat, so it definetely is, if you don't have his own signature, the crit dmg surf time gives is considerably higher than the widsith, and the life buff is already enough of a passive

Currently im using Widsith with hp/hydro/hp 40cr 245cd hp37 around without em buff 37k damage per tik but note if you use sign artifact he give crit rate much so need to maintain just 40above crit rate because otherwise Widsith not deal damage constant 😅😅😅
