He can probably sue her and her instructor because her instructor DEFINITELY failed to educate her and be her second pair of eyes to make sure that the instructions he or she was giving the driver was safe to perform.

I ride a 125r and a guy pulled up beside me on a cbr500 and said he used to ride a 250 until it got ran over. I tried messaging the owner on the reddit post to see if it was him I talked to. No, it's dumb drivers who can't bother to pay attention to the god damn road. Bikes are safe on their own if they're used correctly or carefully, paying attention is essential for driving, without it, you might as well not even have a license to begin with. I plan on getting a biking license when I'm older, because I love bikes, and they're more efficient and less costly than cars, I'm obviously gonna try and make sure I, and other drivers, stay safe and don't get into nasty accidents.
It also doesn't help when people don't follow the damn laws, because that can lead to an accident, or almost. I don't want to get fucking squished or hit because some dumb fuck can't drive, I have no intention of having that fate.
Yeah, America, the land of the free and fucking dumb. I want to know exactly what caused the driver to go backwards here, because imagine if the biker hadn't moved in time, he most likely would have been crushed.
***** Looks like the RAV stopped in the middle of the intersection and decided to back-up. The bike stopped in time and was behind the line on the road (where it should have been). It appears the RAV just backed up without looking and nearly took the biker out. Just glad they are OK and hope that the RAV driver will learn from this. What I don't get is why the RAV kept backing up after it would have been very obvious it just hit something??? I'm confused.
