Just maybe the reason that woman and her child came into your life was not to help her but for you to give us all a gentle reminder of what Christmas, and what truly being human, really means. Thank you. “It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes, or bags. Maybe Christmas doesn’t come from a store. Maybe Christmas (he thought) means a little bit more…….”
Almost the same thing happened this morning at the post office. An elderly man was sending his grandson who was in the military and living in Japan. He was clearly confused and when the bill came he couldn’t afford to pay the 65.00 to get it there so he opened the box and started to take out some of the items. The woman in front of me stepped up and handed him 40.00 and said my son was stationed in Japan at one time and I want your grandson to have his gift! The elderly man clearly had tears in his eyes and allowed her to give it to him. She said merry Christmas and moved on…..I was just stunned and found me selling up in tears and 8 do believe the other 30 people in line had the same reaction. So I feel for you! I’m sure there will come a day that you’ll have the opportunity to pass along your generosity to others another time. These experiences that we all have during times like these are heartwarming. And your tears were healing….I just know it.
One day I was at sees buying some candy with a gift card my sister gave to me. I had to stop working to care for my mom who had cancer so things like candy were not in my budget. I told the clerk I only had the gift card and no more money and asked her to make sure she didn't go over. I'm spite of this she went over and then looked at me like I was an idiot for not having enough. It was less than a dollar. I tried to tell her again I had no more to take candy out when a lady behind me gave me a dollar. It was just a dollar but every time I think about it I cry cause it was so nice.
There was a woman and her daughter walking around a local thrift store. As she walked holding her daughter who was around 3 or 4 talking on the phone, I could see her girl wasn’t feeling well. It was alternately raining, sleeting and snowing outside. Momma seemed to get more and more upset as she walked around talking in a low voice pleading. As I was leaving, I saw her again outside the store. She had tears in her eyes. I asked if she was alright. She said my daughter is sick and I need $20 for her prescription, I spent my gas money on a doctor and I don’t have $20 and no one else does. I smiled and reached into my purse and handed her my last $40. She tried to give me $20 back, I said no, keep it. She said Thank You and wanted my information to repay me. I declined and told her I’ve been where you are and someone helped me, someday you will have a chance to help someone, just pay it forward. Usually I find several things in that store, and that day the shelves were full but I found nothing. That little girl would be 15 or 16 now.
@@christinesbetterknitting4533 thanks but I can honestly say I am as I was brought up to be by my mom. She was an amazing woman. She grew up poor in an upper middle class family. Her parents drinking and dads gambling kept them poor. Her grandmother’s money kept them housed and fed. Sad. My parents were dirt poor we live in a lower middle class neighborhood. Dads drinking kept us poor and mom pulled us up by the bootstraps. Lots of missed meals, sickness with no money for prescriptions. She made sure we never forgot how it felt to not eat and have to wear shoes with holes to school. Those who helped us were remembered and we paid it forward. My mom was an avid volunteer and eventually gave time and money. She encouraged us and her grandkids to give whatever you have, time and/or money. I learned to be frugally rich. I got so many things free or for pennies, I could donate a lot. Eventually frugality brings wealth. So, I give money and items. I rarely know who gets what I give, so it was nice to give to a person. Though frugal, I’m not cheap and believe in a mentality of plenty. Best wishes to you and yours for a safe and blessed holiday season!
I was behind a lady in line at a grocery store. She started to ask questions about the cashiers teeth. It was horrible. The cashier looked like she was going to cry. But the lady handed her a card and told her her husband was a dentist and she could have her teeth fixed for free. We were all just dumbstruck. She told her that someone had done the same for her years ago and she always tried to help others. It was both humbling and thrilling at the same time. I have never forgotten that woman’s kindness. I do try, but not to that extent. You never know how your actions may affect others around you to do the same. God Bless
You have one of the kindest hearts. I was in a similar situation a mom with new born twins girls, they were on their first out alone with Mom to the grocery store, she had forgotten her wallet and told the cashier she'd be right back with it. I told her let me pay for it, at first she refused and I told her I would never be a grandmother so let me pretend that I was and let give me them a gift. She agreed and it made me so happy.
You're a very kind person. Don't beat yourself up for missing that opportunity to help that young woman. You were also being considerate of Andrew's opinion and the timing just wasn't on your side. Thank you for sharing that story with us. It reminds us to think of others even if they're strangers.
The world needs more people like you, Jocelyn! You’ll come across another circumstance and you will know exactly what has to be done! Bless you for being so caring ❤️
I really loved your videos Jocelyn but this sharing shows you are a beautiful person inside and out. God bless you more, your family and your business. Merry Christmas :)
You have taught me much and I started to resell about 2 years ago after watching your videos. I took a chance because after not working for 20 years, not even target would hire me. Now I don't have to worry about being useful or helping out financially with others. You don't really ever know just how far reaching your actions are, so just keep being you.
Jocelyn, I see that this video was viewed around 4,600 times. Your story touched my heart and reminded me to pay it forward. Just think how many others were inspired also….. The Lord works in mysterious ways 🤷♀️❣️ just saying
Very sweet My Mom is 84 and she was in Kroger a few years ago and a lady handed her an envolop with 50 dollars and said it was from above . My Mom still talks about that .
This video has now been viewed almost 42,000 times. Your touching story about the young lady has spread out into the world. It brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much for being you and for reminding us all to help when we have the opportunity. God Bless and Merry Christmas.
Jocelyn you're a Rockstar... Always! With your friends, kids, other 1/2, vendors, family etc....you're so conscious of others. Maybe this slipped by 🤷🏽♀️ but you carry plenty merit . Don't be so hard on yourself. God knows the intent of your heart. We all see it! Thank you for sharing this LESSON. Happy Holidays to you and your family 🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄
Jocelyn I'm sure your beautiful heart is one of the reasons Andrew loves you ,and you respected him by asking him first. You got some great pieces 🎅🎄⛄🦌❄🥀
But the mom did the right thing! Christmas isn’t about material things, even trees…and I am sure they will have a wonderful holiday..hugs to you, honey..you are amazing! ❤️
Jocelyn you have an abundance of kindness in your heart. God knows and sees. I believe this is the reason you have had such success with your business and TH-cam ventures. The day before Thanksgiving the woman ahead of me paid my entire grocery bill over $150. Her kindness brought me to tears. I have had a lot of financial and emotional struggles lately and she helped me more than I could ever explain. There is so much hype about the mess this world has become and yet there are still kind people like you reaching out with humanity. Thank you for being you.
Jocelyn -- your dear sweet heart .. I cried w/ you , as I'm sure all your fans did , the Christmas spirit heard you & this will resolve in a good way ❤
Jocelyn, you are an extremely warm and caring person. You share a huge part of your life with strangers everyday. You share your obvious wealth of knowledge with all of us with grace and add laughs on top. You are a loving mom, girlfriend, daughter and friend. You seem to handle everything you do with patience, kindness and love. Please don’t be so very hard on yourself about the woman with her child. You did the right thing by calling Drew and made the effort to pay for her tree. I am a firm believer in everything happens for a reason, even if we don’t ever know what the reason is. You have a huge heart that’s in the right place. And I am sure you help more people than you will ever know.
Jocelyn, this world needs more people like you! Be kind to yourself, God got that nice your lady trying to provide for her precious daughter. He can give her a cheaper and bigger tree if that's what He wants her to have. He examines and test the heart, and your heart passed with flying colors! So, keep in mind , don't be sad of something that God controls! He sees you, and knows you would have did that (if timing allowed) in an instant, yet you was occupied with getting Andrew's 🤔opinion. Thank you for serving our community with what you DO.
Don’t worry, the chance will come again and maybe it will be even more important to show generosity. Thanks for sharing, it may trigger kindness in others too🎄
I’m sorry you missed that opportunity to help. I too was once a struggling single Mom with a daughter and that gesture of kindness would have meant the world to me. You’ll get another chance to help. Thanks for sharing that story.
Conversation you had with us in the car shows just what a wonderful woman you truly are. Our hearts always pull when we see ourselves in others who are struggling.
I totally understand you having to consult with Andrew before large purchases. When you have a significant other, that’s always the right thing to do, so please don’t feel regretful. Your heart was in the right place, which counts more than you know. ♥️
And that Andrew was also cool with it, tells a lot about him, as well. You two care about people, because you've been there. God bless your kind hearts. Blessed, Merry Christmas!!
Oh Joce, you are simply the kindest person. I am sure another opportunity will come up for you to do a kind deed. My husband and I had a similar situation many years ago at Christmas time we were behind a young woman and her young child at the grocery store. She had her groceries and a few other items that were intended for gifts for her daughter and because she had an ebt card it did not cover the "gifts. She said she was going out to her car to get some cash. My husband and I bought the items and followed her out and gave her the items. You are right... it is those moments in time. You are caught up in your own minutia and don't act on instinct. I think back on this moment often and am so glad we did this for this young mother.
Myrtle is delightful! (That was my grandmother's name and she was also delightful.) I'm so glad that your momma adopted a big dog. It can be more difficult to find homes for them than for little dogs. Based on how you are, I bet your momma is wonderful so Myrtle will be blessed!
It's so lovely your mom adopted an older pet. The shelters are brimming with all the (no longer baby pets) adopted during isolation from Covid last year and being returned in record numbers. Shelters & ASPCAs are heartbreakingly full right now. Don't know if you will see this but if you do Thank your Mom for me 😊.
You are so sweet! She very likely wouldn't have taken your offer anyway, especially if she was embarrassed already. It sounds like she's going to have gifts for Christmas. Take heart, you did what you could. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas!
Oh my goodness I am crying like a baby!! I totally feel your pain, but something tells me that you crossed paths with this woman for a reason. I believe that you will be doing something great for this woman and her little girl. Don’t beat yourself up. Because god and all of us know you have the most caring heart.
That was a beautiful story. & I believe it turned out the way it was supposed too. You followed your heart, your whole heart. Andrew is part of it too. You shared your story, opening many hearts. Think of the ripples you have made. 💖🎄✨💙
You had the best of intentions ♡ and that means a lot 🎄 You checked with your partner and that is part of being with someone Have a very merry Christmas 🎅 🎄
Bless your sweet tender heart. The Lord will bring someone else in your path. What a sweet reminder to all of us to be looking for someone we can bless. Merry Christmas!
I met an “angel” while visiting in Vestal, NY a few weeks ago. I was at the GW and inquired about their bags for purchases (NY did away with plastic bags), when a woman overheard me saying I had to walk back to the hotel. The woman offered to give me a reusable bag and then paid for my purchases and gave me a ride back to my hotel! I started to tear up as she was telling a sweet story about her mother and how she “knew” she had to pay it forward to me. We became friends, and now talk every day! Jocelyn, just the thought that you had about the young mother proves you are genuinely an AMAZING woman, don’t doubt yourself!
Please don't be so hard on yourself. Just by sharing this story, think about how many people will pay it forward! I hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas!
Amazing story. I recalls similar instance when I hesitated to pay for a prescription because I didn’t want to embarrass the father. I regret this often. If you see a need, don’t wait. That’s the lesson., especially at Christmas.
Thats a great lesson. There will be more chances. Recently someone paid for my stuff and i didnt get to say thank you bcuz i went home to grab my purse. I regretted that and i gave them the $11 to pay for someone elses stuff. Also in the drive ppl has paid for my stuff twice. I would like to do that for someone soon.
Jocelyn you and Andrew are very kind people. I too have been I that woman's shoes as a struggling single mother. You were the first TH-cam thrifter I watched and still my favorites. Bless you for caring so much. Happy Holidays.
You are a good person. We live, we learn. Once again, your parents raised you well. I heard your mom's New England accent. Your voice says you're still upset. We love you. Hugs
You have such a big ❤ heart. You do great things for people all year long. I know it doesn't make you feel better now. But you're an amazing person from what I can see from your videos. I know it's been a difficult 😕 and stressful time for these almost two years. My mom is 91 today and for a second year I don't get to celebrate Christmas with me and my family. I loved how you explained your regret with us. You don't know how you've helped me during this difficult time. So your doing a good deed everyday for all your you tube followers.
I'm so glad you shared your personal experience. It does help...others (and me) can be aware of situations and pass it on. It's like a mental note in ones head...thank you! You n Andrew r sweet! Luv puppy dog!
You are awesome for that. I try and pay for a few peoples purchases at resale stores when I am in line. If anything , be kind . It is a rewarding habit . Merry Christmas to Everyone. God Bless all
The reason why you are doing so well is because of your kind heart! You'll be able to reciprocate down the line because there are always opportunities for us to help others. You just reminded us of how important it is to be kind, considerate and most of all aware of how lucky we are and how far we have all come in our lives.
Merry Christmas! I just caught up with your videos and watched your outro, it reminded me of a same dilemma I came across. I was on patrol during Christmas and had to stop off at a grocery store to pick up something to nibble on. I was in line and the lady in front of me was not able to complete her purchase of items that she got for her kids (they were with her). She kept trying to use her card but it would not accept it. I asked the cashier how much it was and it was a small amount. I then asked the cashier that I would pay. She was so happy, but then I looked in her basket and saw that there were not a lot of things. She said that was all she could get with what she had. With that, I told the cashier to cancel the sale and told the lady to go get more items. She let out a cry like she won the lottery. I went shopping with her and paid for the items. Ever since then around Christmas time if I was at a grocery store and came across someone in need, I "stepped up" as you said. I even had a lady come up to my patrol car and asked for help getting groceries for her two little girls. Again, I "stepped up" and got her groceries. I grew up in a big family and my dad would do the same when he came across someone in need, even though he had five kids to feed. We all need a little helping hand every now and then. Have a blessed Christmas season and a Happy New Year!
you have such a tender heart, Jocelyn......another opportunity will happen!!.....especially since now you are so open to it!....have a great and blessed christmas!...:-)
Oh your sweet, kind, caring, loving heart. I hope your family and friends know how blessed they are to have you in their lives. Merriest of Christmas to you and yours. Praying that young woman was still blessed. Please don't beat yourself up too much. God always finds a way to bless those who need it; whether through you or another.
That same situation has happened to me before and I so regretted not following my inner voice and so I prayed and asked to be given another chance to help someone else. Thank you reminding us to do good when you have a chance!!
Oh honey, I feel for all of you-from the mom and girl to you, the vendor, and the clerk. But it fills my heart to hear the story. Such caring. I hope I get the chance to do something nice for someone this week in honor of your sharing. ♥️ And Myrtle is adorable!!!
02:32 That is the MOST BEAUTIFUL copper kettle and coil for a pot still! Are the rest of the pieces there as well? 05:00 It feels like it ought to bring more than not-quite-eighty-bucks. And Kate is gonna have a conniption. 06:21 Now _I_ hear the train. It does sound right on top of you. 07:24 Now who was it I just heard talking about "it's too near Christmas to be buying more holiday pieces?" I'm certain I heard it somewhere. 09:28 The Gustavsberg jar with the betta (Siamese fighting fish) on it is kind of appealing. 09:32 The Charlie McCarthy tinplate is in amazing shape.
I'm sure a lot of us hoped to see you shopping before Christmas. I love your input into these videos. You draw our attention to things we never would have seen. Ty
I did that last week at the grocery store. There was the elderly lady that did not have enough money for all her groceries, and I asked how much she was short and I paid for what she was short. She wanted to know my name and address, but I said no, just have a Merry Christmas.
I could tell by what she was buying that she needed everything to put together a dinner or two. I myself live on SSI, but there is always something to share with others. A small act of kindness is need more in this world.
God knows your heart. Sometimes things work themselves out. I've been there. Hell I'm there now single parent. Nice big tree and nothing under there, are will be. There will be others so meany hurting now. God bless you and happy holidays.
Thanks for sharing the story about the lady and her daughter. You are a good person. I will remember this and if the occasion presents itself I will make sure I step up. Thanks Jocelyn.
Jocelyn, you make me smile, and sometimes you make me cry, but today you did both! Perhaps your "regret" about the woman and her daughter will be a wakeup call to all who view your video and will make a wave of good will and good deeds throughout the world. May your Christmas be a beautiful one!
There are times, especially like that, where you need to be able to feel free to make a decision without having to consult your significant other. Lesson learned. Happy holidays.
I’m thinking CLL didn’t call for permission. Sounded more like she called Andrew to discuss the situation, not the money. It’s kind of nice to have someone else to bounce things off of! We all doubt ourselves somethings, even when doing good deeds. Some couples even have a specific dollar amount they they agree to “consult” each other on before spending. It’s mutual respect. Oh wait! I just remembered…I’m divorced! My ‘relationship advice card’ is invalid! ☮️
Turtle Creek Pottery is from Morrow, Ohio. I am always interested in looking up towns and businesses in the US. I am learning so much about glass and pottery and the whole of America by watching your and your friends channels. Because I am in Australia, it is interesting to keep up with your travels so as to learn more about America's history. . It's great fun actually. Love your quiet and quirky videos. Andrews sense of humour is hilarious although I guess sometimes it may not be so funny to you at times. I love watching your hauls. Thanks for sharing what you do, :)
I'm not a fan of the saying that things happen for a reason, but in this case I think it did. Knowing you, you wouldn't have shared what you did. We never would have known. By using your platform though, you have planted that seed in our hearts and minds. Being as transparent and sharing as you were in this video, will be of more good than you could ever imagine. Have a beautiful and blessed Christmas.
Many years ago while on vacation my husband and I were at a grocery store when a similar thing happened. This time it was a woman with several kids and a large basket of groceries. She was in tears because her food stamp money hadn’t been applied to her account. We tried to pay for it but she took off before we could even offer. I’ve always regretted not jumping in before she had a chance to dash away. I know how You feel.
Don't continue to beat yourself up....I know I have had those instances, as I am sure others here have also. I think just having that urge and feeling such remorse is so much more than most....you are a good person!
ALL of us have failed to step up! Not one of us hasn't. And it's a good lesson, today and everyday. Giving. Giving of ourselves, our time, our service. It really is what we bring to the World. Don't be sad. We can bring it! Love is the greatest, so fill your heart and share ❤️
Jocelyn I have a good job and a husband who works and even I couldn't afford a Christmas tree from an antique store! So don't beat yourself up it just wasn't meant to be but your heart was in the right place 💓
I love your videos.... the content always intrigues me.....besides me saying that I must say you as a human being is so refreshing.... your kind soul and sweet personality are exactly what this world is missing ... just think if everyone did think and go with the kindness that existed in most people's hearts ... this world would be a much better place !!!! God Bless You and your beautiful family!!!! You my friend deserve all good things that come your way!!!! Keep letting your light shine bright because unfortunately this World is getting darker and darker!!! 😊❤️
Checking with Andrew was not a bad thing to do. I agree with other comments on how kind you are. Other times will come and you will want to help. Having the discussion with Andrew now is a good idea so you do not have to check in next time. I was also a single Mom and had to make tough decisons like this Mom did, many ppl stepped up to help my family many times. Now that my kids are grown, I try to give back whenver I can...
Very kind of you wanting to help the mother and child. Such a big heart. Also, Thank you for supporting Weil Antique Center. Great meeting you the other week and so excited you came back to visit!!
TY! Enjoyed the shopping tour. Thank you for your story about the young lady not having enough money to pay for her merchandise and for your honesty. You are as beautiful inside as you are outside. Always stay real, sweet, and conscientious as you are now! 💖⭐️💕
You are a little angel. I know that feeling of regret from just the thing you are talking about and I am so proud of you that you were able to share that with us. It's very personal but a great lesson you taught here, darling girl.
Well your story about that woman and her child made me cry. Don’t beat yourself up. You put so many good wishes out into the universe for her through this that I believe she will still be blessed. She may not have that tree but blessings are coming for her through your sharing of this story.
We all miss the mark sometimes, all of us hear the still small voice, some follow, some ignore the voice. Forgive yourself, let this be a learning experience. The next time you will know what you should do, because of this experience. I know Andrew would understand, whatever you decide to do. When we are called to help someone, we are never alone, and we will be blessed by not only hearing, but also doing what has been put on our heart. The joy of obedience is healing to our soul, and we will spread the joy being able to share the memories with our loved ones. Just let yourself be open for the next opportunity that is put before you. You will not miss it the next time! Merry Christmas, to all your family!
Nodding off in front of my laptop while watching today's video, I somehow found myself watching this one. I decided to comment, even though this video is from back in December, and today it's April 14. Easter is in three days. Maybe that's significant. Jocelyn dear, I'm sitting here sobbing as you tell this story. Your honesty in telling it is touching. It seems to me that, as humans, we shouldn't pass up the chance to perform an act of kindness if we see the need. Some would call it impulsive, others would shake their heads and call it foolish. Maybe so. Nonetheless, we should never talk ourselves out of those from-the-heart impulses. ❤️❤️ Thank you for sharing with us.
It sucks, especially when you see a reflection of yourself in those moments and want so desperately to help. I too, like you, have been there. But, think about those moments in your past and how they impacted the person you are today. I will never forget having to take items out of my bags at a grocery store because I didn’t have enough money… I was so embarrassed, but I know my drive and my kindness towards those who know the same struggle may not have become what it is without those moments. I know it doesn’t make it all easier being in the other end, but it’s something to remember. ❤️ Amy
You will probably never see this comment and that's okay.I just ..there are times I despair over the lack of human compassion that seems so prevalent these days and I am watching you tell us your regret and here I am gaining hope and such a sense of relief at hearing your regrets.a oh there it is bringing me hope in the human heart.Just lovely.
You remind me so much of myself, not only our taste in treasure but our soft hearts too. I hope you and your family have the most amazing Christmas and may God bless you always.
Oh No! You had me in tears and I did not even know the lady and her daughter!!!! You are such an honorable, sweet Woman. God Bless You and your generosity and kindness.
Love your comment! What a great perspective!

Thats the Merry Christmas spirit in action. What an Angel in disguise
What a blessing she was to that man. Christmas is a time of giving.

You're a very kind person. Don't beat yourself up for missing that opportunity to help that young woman. You were also being considerate of Andrew's opinion and the timing just wasn't on your side. Thank you for sharing that story with us. It reminds us to think of others even if they're strangers.
Agree 100%
The world needs more people like you, Jocelyn! You’ll come across another circumstance and you will know exactly what has to be done! Bless you for being so caring ❤️
❤️
YOU ARE VERY special try to find this person so she gets to know you
I really loved your videos Jocelyn but this sharing shows you are a beautiful person inside and out.
Good for you. Cheers to much success.
Jocelyn, I see that this video was viewed around 4,600 times. Your story touched my heart and reminded me to pay it forward. Just think how many others were inspired also….. The Lord works in mysterious ways 🤷♀️❣️ just saying
Exactly!
💯 agreement
Very sweet
My Mom is 84 and she was in Kroger a few years ago and a lady handed her an envolop with 50 dollars and said it was from above .
Happy Holidays to you too!

You are so kind hearted. Do not regret missing an opportunity because you may be presented with another soon❤.
That's so sweet of you! The sad thing is, opportunities like that happen more often than they should so you may have a chance to do it again 💜
My grandmother's name was Myrtle also. So loved her...
Very nice to see a dog get a home with love! Both my grandmas names were Myrtle!💕
I admire how you struggled in needing to make the right decision. How much you care
We love your kind, generous heart. ❤
And I'm so happy for Myrtle finding a home with such a cool, hound-loving family! 🐾❤
You had the best of intentions ♡ and that means a lot 🎄
You checked with your partner and that is part of being with someone
Have a very merry Christmas 🎅 🎄
You are such a nice young lady. The opportunity to help someone else will come again. Thanks for sharing your journeys with us!
Jocelyn you and Andrew are very kind people. I too have been I that woman's shoes as a struggling single mother. You were the first TH-cam thrifter I watched and still my favorites. Bless you for caring so much. Happy Holidays.
I truly enjoyed the end of this video. It felt personal or like you were talking to me, and to see you in cleaning action! Awesome! Thank you!
God Bless all
Please don't beat yourself up about your missed opportunity. So sorry for your mom's loss of her fur babies, but glad she found pretty Myrtle.
Although you are sad, don't fret. You have the kind of heart that continues to give. Bless you.
Plenty of ways to help one another every hour, every day. Telling your story (about a chance to help in an unexpected moment) helped x 10,000. 💕🌱
Always remember to give back....the man above is watching...
You brought tears to my eyes. You are a beautiful person inside and out. You have a big heart and it shows through your videos.
you have such a tender heart, Jocelyn......another opportunity will happen!!.....especially since now you are so open to it!....have a great and blessed christmas!...:-)
Thanks for sharing your regret. That's one of the reasons we love you so much. Merry Christmas 🎄⛄ to you and your family.
I always listen to my heart and pay it forward, and I never tell what I have done.
We absolutely love love our Crazy Lamp Lady!!! We need so many more like this awesome lady!!!!
Oh honey, I feel for all of you-from the mom and girl to you, the vendor, and the clerk. But it fills my heart to hear the story. Such caring. I hope I get the chance to do something nice for someone this week in honor of your sharing. ♥️
And Myrtle is adorable!!!
Joycelyn you have a beautiful heart, it made me tear up when you were telling us what happened with the mom and little girl. ❤️❤️❤️
You help so many people in so many many ways, you will be given more chances, your heart and soul are huge ❤
You are such a sweet, mindful person. Don't be hard on yourself.
You have a good soul. Merry Christmas
That’s very very kind. Merry Christmas
You are stepping up everyday by imparting your knowledge. You take us along inspiring many of us to go out and give reselling a try. Merry Christmas
My thoughts exactly. So reached more people with your story.
What a precious heart you have. This is why your bisiness is so successful. God bless you and Merry Christmas! 🎅 🎄
Pay it forward always whenever you can!
Don't continue to beat yourself up....I know I have had those instances, as I am sure others here have also. I think just having that urge and feeling such remorse is so much more than most....you are a good person!
Jocelyn, we all have opportunities in life, the next time we all have that moment,Go for it, it will give us all a Happy Heart. Love you Girl ❤️😘
Agree
ALL of us have failed to step up! Not one of us hasn't. And it's a good lesson, today and everyday. Giving. Giving of ourselves, our time, our service. It really is what we bring to the World. Don't be sad. We can bring it! Love is the greatest, so fill your heart and share ❤️
You are super sweet ! It’s nice to see a big hearted person like you ! Thank you 🙏🏼
Jocelyn I have a good job and a husband who works and even I couldn't afford a Christmas tree from an antique store! So don't beat yourself up it just wasn't meant to be but your heart was in the right place 💓
You could take that money and give it to a woman’s shelter. That’s the charity I alway support all years round. 👍🏻
Beautiful story...been there too! I feel I need to do something nice like that! Thanks for reminding us about the spirit of giving...💕
Kudos for your mom getting a rescue dog. All of my cats are rescues
Jocelyn you are an amazing person! I’m loving all your videos. You are a kind and sweet soul, Love! Merry Christmas to you and family!
You are so tender hearted, a refreshing thing to see and a good lesson for us all, thank you for sharing!
This is why I watch you, you are a special lady whom I admire. Stay true to your self.
Trust your own judgement and trust your gut, always!
You made me cry, I’ve been there too and it’s not fun! You’re a very kind soul, don’t beat yourself up!
Oh No! You had me in tears and I did not even know the lady and her daughter!!!! You are such an honorable, sweet Woman. God Bless You and your generosity and kindness.
Christ and Andrew ROCK!!! It is the season for showing your fellow man love...I think your tears might have been enough Mrs.Crazy lamp Lady.🙂🙏🦁
