SINGLE PHASE TO DUAL PHASE LED [tutorial]

This video shows you a simple way to convert any 2 wire (single phase) LED to a dual phase LED. This means you can take any LED and turn it into a running light/turn signal or a running light/brake light. Or any other possible use you would have for a dual phase led.
