I am going through the same situation here in Kuwait and today is the third day of waiting. Thanks madam for the important information from your real experience. My issuer bank have told me that refund would have been faster if it was from the same bank's branch ATM. Even the same bank's ATM in a mall or in a public place would add more to the waiting days because those that not attached to the bank's building would be more probably a rental machine for the bank from a third party service provider. Lesson: Always withdraw from your branch.
