suggestion to this clip: clarify by percentage the local population replaced by what race/ nationality to complete the picture of "nobody living in that country" It is actually replacement in action A better title could have been why almost everybody leaves these 10 European countries.
In Finland population is not growing. We have only a little bit of imigration and not much babys. The positive side is that rents are not rising. Rents in free market in Helsinki stagnated years ago.
Finland’s slow population growth and controlled immigration definitely have an impact on housing and rent prices. It’s interesting to see how Helsinki’s rental market has stayed stable while other cities experience rising costs. Appreciate you sharing your thoughts!
